Location, cleanliness, attentive staff, you can leave your luggage after checkout, 10/10 would stay again

The location was central to all the things going on in Porto. With good local parking. Access to the front of the hotel was good (once you are aware of the protocol for driving on the sidewalk).

Eurostar Porto Centro earned full marks. Room was well sound-proofed so no street noise bothered our sleep. Bathroom was modern and squeaky clean with the plushest towels. Breakfast was just right. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Actually, everything was terrific.

The location is great. You can walk to most of the major destinations. The hotel is in good management. The room is clean and quiet. And there are complimentary snacks on the reception table for customers in the afternoon. I particularly like the Nata.

The sink area is integrated into the room with no door, and the toilet and shower use frosted glass.

Friendly staff. Good location. Room not small and new.

WC is strong on design but terrible on practicality. Doors are all glass which is bad for privacy. And worse facing the bed so when the lights are turned on in the bathroom it illuminates the whole room.Shower head is too close to the door so even if you are a small person you need to stand too close to the all and then moving your arms most likely you will bump into the metal soap stand that is attached do the wall.

There was an error in booking by booking .com even though I stayed 5 nights and then actually had to stay an additional night due to flight cancellation. I was double charged for the original stay. The manager said it was booking.com fault and booking.com would not take responsibilityA credit at the hotel was offered by Eurostars central office. They said after discussion with the hotel. I am over 70 years and live over 3,000 miles away. This was a special trip and I am unlikely to return. A better compromise should have offered by the hotel ( or booking.com)

The property had all the necessary amenities. The location was amazing, 4 minutes walk from Sao Bento station. The staff is phenomenal. Loved everyone at the front desk they were all so helpful and kind. The room was well sized, and super clean

Room was very nice and comfortable, bed size, all modern. Location excellent, super easy to wallk all around the turistic places. Staff very polite and helpfull, it was a plus. Would love tostay more time but have a very tide schedule. Next time for sure!
