Excellent excellent hotel. Very clean, modern design, provided slippers, robes, super nice staff, good location, and great price.

Not really. I couldn't be happier.

Convenient location, friendly staff, modern and clean rooms. Nice touch with a welcome drink when checking in and a mall bottle of water when checking out. These small details simply add so much charm!

Location was good. The hotel is clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. There is parking too. however the restaurant is extremely expensive and the food is not good.

Clean and nicely located

I requested 2 separate beds and did not get it!

Location was fine. Hotel vibe was good. it rained a bit one day, and they provided us with an umbrella.

There is a large construction happening across the street. It was extremely noisy starting at 7am.

Pool area v small and chairs loungers sll v dirty. Gym very small, aircon not working and no towels or antibacterial spray to wipe down with

Walking distance to the center of Porto with a nice view of Douro river. Used the Funicular dos Guindais with staff's advice and enjoyed it. Has it's own parking.

Our room was facing west and the air condition couldn't keep up with July heat.

Very hard beds

Good location, about a 15 min walk into town, be prepared to walk up hill after back to the hotel. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

These were the worst beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on. Every night was sleepless and every morning was extremely painful, really affected our holiday. The beds are rock hard, like concrete. The pillows are completely flat like a pancake, it was so uncomfortable and painful. We asked for new pillows but they just brought more flat ones.

Good location, short walk to many intreresting places. Nice staff, clean and good layout. Great to sit in the garden.

During the working hours there was constant high frequencey noice from a neighboring building. Staff told me they had tried to contact the owner the days before but without success. I would have liked them to try harder as this made it almost impossible to stay on the balcony or in the garden.

Lovely hotel, unfortunately pool not open yet for season. We had an incident breaking a glass at dinner time in the room and the receptionist said she would see if she was able to get away to try to clean it up. It was a very poor attempt with the broken glass just swept under the bed.The hotel was lovely and clean and breakfast was good.

Fantastic location if you want to discover Porto by foot. The hotel is close to many landmarks, to public transport and to restaurants. The staff is helpful and welcoming, they provide great guidance and tips on the best way to discover the city.

Breakfast was busy and they didn’t replenish quick enough. Ordered coffee from the bar and it was cold so sent it back.

The room was very quiet with ample space. The location was excellent, easy to get to all the attractions. The staff were very friendly. We'd like to thank Carolina for making our stay special.

A little tiny bit outside of the main core but still an amazing location. Nice touch with the chocolates and card delivered to the room. Also, insight parking was very convenient.

Perfect location! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the modern facility and a wonderful atmosphere. The room was very clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. It was also very quiet. We didn’t hear our neighbors or street noise. The breakfast had a great variety of food/drinks and Joana (server) was so kind and helpful. Thank you Joana for making our stay even pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, within walking distance to all major spots. The beds are very comfortable, the terrace is spacious, and everything worked perfectly. The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.
