Pros +
- Balcony and dry congenial helpful staff.
- The staff was very nice and they let me check in early Everything was very clean
- Good location off the heavy tourist areas. Leisurely walk down the road to the sites and river. The room was spacious and comfortable—even a regulation-size bathtub! Michaela at the front guided me to some good nearby cafes and fado venues.
Cons -
- Location a little up hill. Not a bad walk but a little sorter would have been easier. Porto seems to be all uphill.
- Bathroom was a little outdated
- Very slow internet connection.

Bathroom was a little outdated

Convenient to metro.Top of the hill, so everything is downhill.Comfortable bed.
Very slow internet connection.
Our overall opinion: 7.5 / 101. The bed was comfortable. Great pillows!2. The water in the bathroom was very hot. Great water pressure.3. An easy 15-minute walk into the centre of town,4. Room was quiet
1. The staff, while polite, weren't overly friendly (no greetings when we entered or left the building)2. We think our room was recently renovated (which was quite nice) but it would have been useful to have plugs to recharge phones by the night tables rather than across the room. 3.The bathtub floor was a little slippery and if you have mobility issues, it would be difficult to step into the tub as the side was quite high..
It was small but the rooms were nice, clean and in my opinion, within a good location for walking to authentic Portugal areas and the Ribeira district
I have nothing bad to say about the property but the location in a 40 minute walk uphill from the Ribeira district.
The staff were amazing. Helpful from the moment we arrived around 8:30pm until we left on a Tuesday at 6am. Very friendly, gave us Porto tips and helped us as we prepared for the Camino. It may seem far from the city center but as you walk down Rua Santa Catarina and start taking Porto in, you're in the heart of the city in the blink of an eye
Great value for money, especially considering its free private car parking space (probably nowhere else to be found in Porto), and great staff (very friendly and willing to provide recommendations and useful information)
Common spaces and bathroom a little bit “old fashioned”
Easy parking was important. Friendly welcome, very good clean comfortable bed. Not too far walk from Mercado do Bolhão.
Not a gorgeous street... but fine.
Overall, we had a good experience
Wifi issues, room was quite small, very few power outlets in the room
It was slightly outside the center of town, so it wasn't as busy. The staff were extremely friendly, and we learned quite a bit by talking to them.
The coffee and tea facilities in the room didn't have the best options. I could only get green tea or chamomile. Also, no milk products for the coffee. Minor issues.
All clean, free parking + allowance to take the car in the evening after the checkoutIt's comfortable and quiet in the room
The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes walk from the metro.
There are two garages at the hotel, but one of them is very tight and requires a lot of skill to park.
Room 601. Big room at top with huge balcony.
No breakfast
Would have been improved with a restaurant. A little too far from the centre. Front bedrooms noisy from traffic most of the night
Car parking was essential and clean and tidy
It advertises coffee and tea making facilities but no tea coffee milk etc we’re available in the room,When we asked for them we was told that they only give one tea bag out on the first day. Not had this in any hotel ever.
Pretty good location 5 mins from the metro or 15 mins by foot to city center. Clean room, comfy beds, elevator.
Air conditioner seemed to not working. We put it in heat and it cold and there was no difference. The rest was good
The room was much bigger than I expected. It was well lit and the heater was good so I could keep the room warm. Although the bathroom is very basic, it was clean. The staff, especially the lady at the reception (I forgot her name but she wears glasses) is very sweet and helpful. The evening I reached, she brought out a map and marked all the must dos and suggested a dinner place since I reached late. Location is amazing, just a 10 minute walk from the main tourist street. Great experience overall.
Although the room is well lit, the rest of the hotel is quite poorly lit so it looks and feels a little eerie. No 'do not disturb' signs so you have to remember to let the receptionist know if you don't want the room to be cleaned. Poor Wi-fi.
Great location, clean and very comfy. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Excellent value.
Actually nothing to be unhappy about.
Underground Parking ,comfortable beds,recently renovated
A bit far from the centre but you pay less than 4 euros to uber/bolt to go
