Location and quietness and spa/swimming pool

Old and not very clean. My bed sheet had stain on it. It's not at the city center location and we still have to pay parking.

Friendliness of staff. High standards. Beautiful spa area.

Beautiful hotel and rooms

The hairdryer was attached inside a drawer to it. It was very hard to use it without bending down and not seeing what I was doing. At last I gave up using it.

Excellent service and clean

Terrible lighting in the room. Poor water pressure. Not enough outlets and no usb chargers. Location. This was a business area with lots of construction. It's not far from anything but you can't walk out the door and see anything.

The hotel and staff were amazing

Hop on hop off wasn¿t available close by because of construction. Not hotel fault. Pool closed too early

Visiting Portugal, hop on hop off stop directly across the street. Hotel sells tickets. Breakfast was good.

Hotel mattress has virtually no pillow covering, felt metal coils all night, mentioned to staff and they added extra padding. Much better sleep 2nd night. Not sure why parking is not included ¿¿

The hotel is very nice. A little outdated. Carpets have stains. Bedding is ok mattress comfort ok. I would not rate 5 star

Nothing . The gentleman at Front desk was rude , room dirty old , dark and bed horrible . I could not stay for the second day

Do NOT recomend at all! Definatelly the WORST guest service of your 2-week trip through Portugal. Add to that poor management, that does not follow up on property misshaps. We booked this hotel for 2 nights expecting to enjoy our family vacation. Sad:(

Hotel is outdated

Carpet & walls not clean. Staff very unfriendly.AC wasn’t working.Chair was broken Internet very slow.

Room was lovely, location was good for bus routes and not too far from the metro

Pool was quite run down, staff in the hotel were great but the staff in the pool area were not very welcoming

We were upgraded at check in to a very large room. The view was beautiful and the room was luxurious.

Not good experience as 5 star hotel

The room carpet was dirty and inside shower was so much fungal it wasn’t clean as photo you can see

The room itself was clean and offered a pleasant view. The rest of the hotel was very nice. I particularly enjoyed a complimentary drink at the rooftop bar, which was delicious and offered excellent views.

However, the mattress was extremely hard and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.A significant drawback was the pool facility. I was disappointed to find it was shared with a local gym (Solinca) and was not exclusive to hotel guests. The atmosphere was stifling, the décor was lacking, and the overall environment was neither attractive nor inviting. For a hotel of this standard, a private, well-designed pool area for guests would be a major improvement.
