Hotel Internacional Porto

This was a classic hotel in the middle of Porto. The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean and well appointed.

Everything was walking distance with beautiful views AND hotel employee at the front desk was my favorite kind person.

Besides the excellent location, this hotel offers fantastic value. It has the most powerful shower I’ve had in a hotel for a long time, and super comfortable bed. Good size and lots of storage. Breakfast is plentiful and staff are lovely.

At face value, it’s a little tired decor, though in keeping with the age of the building. But the flooring in the bedroom does warrant replacement.

The hotel can be quiet noisy as it an old building, despite it includes the breakfast, it was very poor and cold so no much fun having cold crumble eggs

The hotel is excellently located. It is clean and very easy to get into. We had a small billing problem that they hanlled professionally and very quickly. I recommend and would stay there again,

The receptionist was very helpful. He always knew our room number & he informed us that the market was closed on Sundays

Loved the location. I also loved that while the room was small for 2 people, it made up for it with the ample storage closets, so you could put stuff away. Great experience.

My suggestion would be to put an exhaust in bathroom. After 2 showers it gets really humid and can't be good for the bathroom.

Nice little hotel in perfect location for exploring the historical centre

Breakfast could be better but still did the job

The female member of staff at breakfast was exceptionally helpful and friendly. There was lots of choice for breakfast. The reception staff were all very helpful and we could store our luggage on our departure day. The location was fantastic, close to the train station and in the heart of the historic centre.

It was very good value for money and everything we needed, but there was some building work happening in the hotel during the day, although most of the time, we were out sightseeing.

The room was clean and location is good.

There was a leakage at the bahtroom cabin. It is OK for one night. But you can not stay for a long time such as 2 nights.

Very friendly staff and excellent centre location- close walking distance to all major attractions.

Very noisy, can hear everything from surrounding rooms and communal areas, so a lack of sleep.

The property is beautiful. The location is perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The staff speaks every language. Everybody was sexy. The shower was great.

The room was unsatisfactory. There was mold in the refrigerator and the showers. Air conditioning was not working correctly and it was 90 degrees in the summer. Sheets were not clean.

Bar and restaurant appeared shut, but not a problem

Didn't see breakfast. Walked a block to a near by bakery/breakfast place. The beds were comfy. Shower and sink we're large and really nice. LOVED the stained glass ceiling and spiral staircase, really cool brass bells hanging from ceiling in hallways. They gave us a voucher for dinner but we went to a nice restaurant 2 block walk on the second story.

THE PARKING GARAGE was literally impossible to get to. We ended up parking 2 blocks away and dragging our luggage. Tried getting through to the hotel for directions asked 2 people on the street too. Front desk told us it's kinda "behind and a block over". With all the one ways, we went through the tunnel twice and around. Second night we stayed elsewhere.

The lady at reception when we arrived very late in the day could not have been more friendly and helpful This made our only too short visit to Oporto an extremely happy one. The atmosphere at the well situated hotel was comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for the great service.

Although clean and comfortable, the room was a little small.

Room and location were excellent. We did not take advantage of breakfast, which closed at 10 am after New Year's Eve, which seems a little early for the holiday.

The shower in the bath No non slip shower mat or bathroom mat so worried about falling especially getting in and out of the short

Location is very nice.close to the city center and all within walking distance

Complimentary water bottles should have been kept for the first day In the room.The breakfast could be better with more spreads including salads.

What a wonderful experience will certainly book again situated perfectly in Porto . The staff were exceptional I'd not been abroad for many years they made me feel at home they we're so helpfuland accommodating in everyway, I just wish my stay had been longer Highly Recommended
