Porto Royal Bridges Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite nice.

I think I would have chosen a hotel a little closer to the river, but overall it was a good location--very close to the train station.

The hotel itself is very nice with very friendly staff. The location is great.

The bathroom has a glass door to the room that affords no privacy. If your laying on the bed you can hear and see the other person using the bathroom

The staff at the reception desk/bar were very friendly.

The double bed was made up as two twins pushed together so it felt quite cramped. The street noise was very loud and annoying, especially the man selling lottery tickets every day.

Location was centrally located.

Terrible check-in time. Tried to check in at 6pm but room was not ready and we were finally able to check in at 10pm.

Great location and friendly staff. Smart, clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights and as coffee drinkers we used the Nespresso pods kindly provided in the room. We had expected the pods to be replenished by room service but was not the case and this was no oversight. I saw another guest ask for additional pods.It's just a very small thing but not to replenish the coffee in the rooms is really poor.

Great location

Room was very dark , we asked for extra light which they didn’t have so they upgraded our room . The first room we had had a lot of hairs in the shower .

The breakfast spread can be changed over 7 days. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast food was the same daily... makes it boring

Nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast was very good, and the team was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Room 206, and unfortunately the room design was very problematic. The layout was strange and uncomfortable, with no real privacy, no proper bathroom or toilet separation, and the bed placed awkwardly in the middle of the room in an inefficient way.In addition, the bed itself was very small (1.40m instead of the expected 1.60m), which made it uncomfortable for two people. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel had no reasonable alternatives available—only smaller rooms—which was disappointing.Overall, I recommend avoiding this room. The hotel should reconsider and improve the design and layout to provide guests with a more comfortable and private experience.

Dull drab decor with no atmosphere and pathetic lighting.Aircon controller within room does nothing, had to ask the front desk who remotely turned the system on ( cooling ) the room was like an oven.Had to call the front desk twice in the middle of the night due to another guest playing very loud music.Which to be fair they did ask the guest to comply, unsuccessfully at the first attempt.Whilst I understand the hotel has difficulty in controlling this other than requesting it to be either turned down or lowered the main issue lies with poor sound deadening and you can easily hear room doors opening and closing, toilets flushing and showers running as well as conversations, really poor.The hotel is more design than substance which is a pity but unfortunately I won't be returning nor recommending it.

Hotel was very central, great locations for exploring. Hotel room was lovely for a couple with good facilities.

The location for breakfast was too small for size of hotel. It was very crowded and felt like you were sitting in top of other people. The breakfast itself was lovely.
