Hotel Spot Family Suites

Room is clean and staff very helpful

To be honest, I wasn't expecting this much. We were just going to get in the room in the evening and sleep. But hotel spot family suit became our home in Porto. The staff, the location, the rooms, the breakfast... Everything was just perfect. After checking out, we left our luggage downstairs and they kept them safely. Thank you so much.

Everything was exceptionally good. However, there weren't slippers in the rooms. Just recommendation, you may leave hotel (single use) slippers in the rooms.

Perfect location in Porto. Our family of five were very comfortable and the accommodation we had. Their breakfast was great.

location, stuff, food

Great stay! The breakfast is good. The staff are incredibly friendly. The view from the lounge is gorgeous. It’s also close enough to the city center to walk to all the main attractions.Would highly recommend!

No complaints.

The hotel is centrally located and access to most of the main attractions is within 30 minutes. There are at least two supermarkets that are within 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful and informative. The hotel has a small carpark and there is a larger public carpark which is just around 100m away. The breakfast spread is good, not many hot dishes but generally good.

It would be good if there is a kettle and mini fridge in the room.

Location was great, apartment clean and staff friendly

The beds where too small, wider beds would make it so much comfortable

Location was great for doing all the tourist activities. Room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was included but it was nothing special at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast

For some reason there was barely any hot water to take a shower which was a bummer. Everything else was great.

The location was perfect!! Right in the centre to all the shops and restaurants yet in a quiet street

Nothing- everything was perfect!

Second stay here. We love the place, close to restaurants, attractions, buses, and train stations. Love the breakfast, too. Super friendly staff.

Walkable to go to the library, churches and river area. Clean and goof breakfast options. Friendly staffs.

Breakfast was a 3 out of 5. Friendly reception desk. Air conditioned rooms.

Mold in the bathroom, especially in the shower area. No tissues. No washcloths.

Variety of food choices for breakfast. Really cool was breakfast on the balcony. Rooms recently renovated. Comfortable bedding. Parking available for additional charge.

Great rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bahtroom. The breakfast had many options and prepared with fresh ingredients. Very close to many interesting sites. Every staff member was kind and made us feel al home.

Room design, decor, kitchenette, multiple outlets, cleanliness, breakfast area design, multiple breakfast choices and quality

The location is great, right in the center. The staff was kind and very helpful. The suit was comfy and clean.

It was a simple hotel, not for the spoiled ones. Breakfast was fair, but not too rich.

Great location. Rooms were large and modern. Nice breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Location of the hotel and the staff are great!

Wish the room had a fridge, otherwise no complaints!

We got a room with two balconies, clean and comfortable rooms.
