Very clean and friendly front desk lady

A little far to the main spots to see. I expected to be closer.

The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff we're very friendly. In fact I accidentally forgot my phone at the hotel and I had another phone. The lady at the hotel had a taxi meet me at the airport. She was a lifesaver.

Big room with bathtub. Very clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was soft and comfortable.

The staff are very helpful And the included breakfast is quite good. We especially appreciated hotel employee efforts on our part regarding service, assistance with bar and restaurant recommendation.

While the location is close to major sites and shopping, it can be a bit gritty.

Friendly staff, which gave us a great recommendation for a Portuguese dinner and the location, being close to many restaurants and sites.

The windows did not open in order to get fresh air in the rooms therefore it was very hot.

Excellent location, walking distance to great part of the city but not in a noisy area. Rare parking lot adjacent to the hotel for 15 euro/24 hours. Very comfortable hotel.

I'm an electronic gaget guy, and really only one useable outlet in the room. I would expect two plug outlets for such a nice room.

This was not a 4 star hotel. Rooms were dated, beds were hard and linens and towels were not up to standard.

Deco is very dated and a little shabby The place could do with a renovation. We had ants in our room. It was sorted quickly with no issue

The place is very clean and quite well located in an old part of town.Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped with toiletries from Rituals ( wonderful smell). Breakfast was OK, variety of warm ( vegetables,eggs and bacon) and cold options. Receptionist very helpful and helped us find other private parking places nearby.

Finding a parking spot on a Saturday was an absolute hell. The private parking next to the hotel is closed on Saturday and Sunday, and the small outdoor parking was absolutely packed.

Very nice stay close to attractions in Porto. The beds are comfy, the room is spacious, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Coffee and water are in the room.

We could hear people in the hallways or people opening and closing their doors sometimes. It was difficult to get the room to stay at a consistent temperature. The morning that we left, there were some small ants in the shower and the walls of the bathroom.

The location was excellent. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the beds were extremely comfortable. For a mid range hotel this was extremely good value for money and we would stay there again, but without doubt it was the helpfulness of the staff and overall atmosphere that made it quite special. We were surprised at how many wonderful restaurants it was close to, although it is a decent walk to the river. That said we would choose this location again.
