Clean room, big enough for all our stuff, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Place has an “old time” feel to it. Walking distance to everywhere.

Nice and helpful staff! Great breakfast and coffee machine in the mornings. The coffee machine and tea was also available throughout the day/night. The property is a little further north of the touristy part of town/historic center, which was great because it was quieter at night. However, it’s still within walking distance of all of the shops, restaurants and historical buildings.

The bathroom in my room was a bit small and crammed. There was nowhere to put my toiletries because there was barely any counter space.

Location is not bad and the staff are all good.

There were a lots of bugs and flys in the bathroom and in the corners of the room. I talked to the receptionist and he said they will clean up the room which they did. BUT the bugs kept popping up from no where. Do not recommend at all

Location was perfect to walk into historic district. Older home and facilities but huge is size with a large garden area. Beds were very comfortable.

Most of the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Maid service was spot on. The desk personnel were very good

The bathroom was a challenge, you had to sit on the toilet sideways because of the prioritizing the bidet, in this case poor design.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Good locations away from the city center but little hard to reach with our luggage (taxi is recommended to arrival)

Some smell of dust in the bed, gave me allergies for the first night

The bathroom was the size of a very small closet and, not to be gross, you couldn’t sit straight on the toilet because of the weird angle. In the corner of the bathroom was black mold where the wall meets the floor. In addition, the room shared a wall with the elevator. The night staff woman was surely at best and treated me like a huge inconvenience.

The hotel location is amazing, that the only good thing!

The room was in very bad condition, not well maintained, the AC didn't work, the windows don't close properly do the noise coming from the busy street was awful.

It was clean

I was there for work and on nights. Not a word about the building renovations happening next door. So had drilling and grinding from 9-5 all week. They should inform clientele of what is happening on booking.Also the car park is a joke. Should have a designated spot for the fee you have paid, not take your money and just block everyone in. Had to leave my keys so they could move them around. Not sure how that would work on the insurance if something happened. Not a bad place to stay but you get what you pay you pay for.

Badly designed and very cramped bathroom, mouldy fittings in shower, dirty behind the door.

Poor quality, bad service, replacements of bread, cheese, etc. very slow and had to be required, noise in the kitchen...

The room was really moldy, that's reason why I will never stay here againeverytime you go outside of the hotel you have to leave the key at the reception Stuff wasn't really friendly

I had a great time in the Hotel, it was supper clean, very close to all known places in Oporto, the stuff were very friendly and helpful specially the person who do the day shift, I was able to leave my suitcase in and start alreay enjoying my first day ! we will definitely come back ! many thanks for all ????

I would prefer to add more products in daily way in the bathroom.
