- As we had to leave very early in the morning, we were given a packed breakfast to take away...
- It is like a student’s dorm building. Good for one night, sleep, take breakfast and keep your journey.
- Great value for the price! The room was clean and simple, but everything I needed was there. It’s a simple place, but it felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was kind and helpful, and check-in was easy. Perfect for a short stay or if you're traveling on a budget, I'd definitely stay again! The location was great, right down the road from a beautiful beach!
Cons -
- No!
- The beds weren't the most comfy, but was fine for one night. The breakfast is also simple, but it's not something that would stop me from staying here again.
- The laundry service is so expensive. for 1 time you must pay 5 euro.

The breakfast is good. The location is good . Near the beach. But far from the city center. The staff is good.
The laundry service is so expensive. for 1 time you must pay 5 euro.
Staffs are friendly, breakfast is decent.
Rooms are extremely small, my room has no balcony, it should be no more than 2 beds but fits 3 so it charges for 3 people. The location is next to a water processing plant, the smell of the air can be very bad at times. No mosquito screens on windows, we were bitten many times.
Spacious
BAD BED BUG INFESTATION. I just arrived in Porto from the States and my first night the BBBs feasted in my tender parts in my dorm bunk bed. 49 bites!!! Pilgrims beware!!!
EV charging on site was very convenient. Reception staff was polite.
Dirty, unclean, unkept hotel. There was Human sweat smell in the hallways, chemical smell in the room, sewage smell in hotel backyard (ev charging area), broken plumbing in bathroom, rusting chairs in balcony, dark old paint on street facing outside walls, smelly old food plates in the kitchen. Felt like leaving the hotel as soon as we checked in. But we had follow up plans scheduled, so decided to stay in anyways. Ended up spending most of our time away from hotel.
Rooms were clean and staff were accommodating. The beds were rock hard but actually felt pretty good once in them.
Extremely noisy. It's on a flight path, so even after the partiers go to bed, you're woken up repeatedly. The floors and walls are tile, so everything can be heard, especially those up and moving around at 3am.
The room was clean and the location is not far from the beach so you can see a beautiful sunset
Be aware of some rooms without air conditioner, the room was exposed to the sun during the day.
Just stuff, helpful and location was good and the breakfast was so so bad
The showers were so dirty. The beds were so old they were making so much noise. The balcony was not closing properly so I believe it’s not safe.
Supermarket and great restaurant over the road
Pillows could have been better
The location, 24 hour reception, very friendly staff. For a 3 star hotel, it was as good as it gets. Location is really great and we had a great view on the river and ocean from room.
Place feels quite old, but everything is clean. The view from balcony ir very good. A little bit poor breakfast and if you are walking everythere it is not a short walk to the center
a good place for 1 night. Breakfasts are in line with the price.
the beds are very creaky. They are like temporary beds. Very light and squeaky. We didn't get boiled eggs and sardines for breakfast. very cold breakfast
Very nice hostel with an excellent and friendly staff and a great location close for the start of our Douro River cruise.
Staff couldn't do enough for you. Great value for money.
Garden area was wasted/closed (might be seasonal). Shower randomly went boiling hot at times.
The staff were very nice and I enjoyed the patio
There were a lot of flies or gnats, but maybe that was my fault. I opened the window at night and it’s near the river.
The Hostel Staff were kind and helped me with their recommendation about the places and the public transportationThey borrowed me a towelThe locationThe breackfast
it was all OK :)
