Price, location, food, staff all were wonderful

Breakfast offered a hug selection! Dinner in restaurant was good quality and value. I came back a second night.

We did not like the hotel they promise a kosher mail it is not true

The hotel said that if we want to get a kosher mail we must order it 24 hours before it does not mention in any place

Helpful staff and rooms were as advertised. Breakfast had the basics - eggs, bacon and pastries, all done well. Boavista area, where this hotel is located, is one of the stops in the Red Bus Hop On Hop Off route. This was convenient as our family bought the 48 hours pass for the bus and used it as transport into the city centre and back to the hotel for 2 days.

We were originally given the room directly above the lounge/breakfast area which was noisy and did not have a coffee machine. However we were a different room when we requested. So overall was a pleasant experience.

The welcome at reception, the standard and cleanliness of the room, the fact that it abutted the food court of the Mall and the very reasonable prices in the bar. The theme of the hotel was also very nice.

Only two things. The tap in the shower had pulled away from the wall. The stairs up to reception for an old boy with luggage are hard work. There is no indication easily visible of a way to the lift.

Nice design hotel, in a convenient position, 10 minutes walking from a metro station.Attached (and with internal connection) to Mercado Bom Sucesso, which is a very good food court.Private parking available at reasonable price.

Cool concept , easy to use public transportation nearby. Market next door was convenient, a bit loud, but room was surprisingly soundproof.

I feel the music theme could be developed some more. There was no music there. Getting a drink at the bar was very complicated and seems difficult for the staff

Very comfortable room in minimalist style. I personally prefer a door to the bathroom, but it worked well enough. Very stylish public spaces. Excellent location in what was probably a 1970s market building. Innovative design. Good breakfast but busy. Restaurant pleasant but quiet

Loved the little treats, the coffee machine and delicious breakfast

Did not like the bathroom set up as lacking of privacy also not enough hooks to hand the towels

Beautiful Yamaha grand piano that I was able to play up till 10pm.

There is a huge staircase to enter hotel, no lift, no escalato. We had huge luggage and had to carry up stairs. It’s attached to massive food court, so you smell food at all hours, sign on piano says “no playing after 10” but no one on duty to stop drunks from playing terribly at 11:30pm. Breakfast was subpar. Weak coffee. Runny eggs. Bread with no toaster. Undercooked waffles. Grumpy staff.

It advertising kosher hotel but breakfast was not kosher and they say they would provide kosher meals but both times asked they said it was unavailable. So not sure why it's advertised as kosher... It's not

The steps to get to the receptionTooms are too small , of you have a big luggage it would not fitI got brown water out of the robinet, it was kind of discusting, then after a while normal water came out, probably a problem in the plumbery

Construction right in front of the hotel, though temporary !

The glass door to the bathroom - i would appreciate more privacy.I appreciate much the effort in bringing kosher meals on Saturday - but you should know that the kosher food was really lousy! Less than the food you get on a plane, and certainly doesn't justify its high price. I highly recommend you find another arrangement for kosher food because we were very happy with all the arrangements for Shabbat at your place, but the food was a disaster.
