Great location. Relaxing room with soft and high quality linen.

The front desk team at this hotel is 5-Star! So friendly and helpful - it made our stay honestly. The rooftop is beautiful and the room was clean, well-furnished and comfortable.

It's lication was is clise to downtown, most of the attractions are within 20 minutes from the hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. I recommend this hotel for best value if their stay in Porto.

Good location, property had parking which was a plus for us travelling with our own vehicle. The staff was very helpful with great service.

The Hotel is very good, well located, nice staff, very nice breakfast, very nice view.

The rooms should offer more options on furniture if you share the room.Chairs, hangers, places where you can set your stuff since the closet is very small.I think this should be reviewed.

Great value & location; lovely breakfast buffet, staff - particularly Carolina & Ines - were amazing. And bed was really very comfortable

Great location = lots of noise outside if you want fresh air/window open. And the water pressure/hot water were both very weak (we were on the 7th floor but the shower was a tepid trickle)

Great location, wonderful views on the rooftop of the whole city! We did have a rental car and it was nice that we could park it in their garage, it would otherwise be difficult to find parking in this city.

Rooms are simple, not large, but very clean!

This hotel was about a 5 to10 minute walk from some of the major areas and close to the train station. Very good value too. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate any requests

All of the staff we encountered were wonderful. From check-in to check-out they could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooftop terrace was very nice. They had music one night and we enjoyed it. It was my birthday while we were there and they left a note in our room wishing me a happy birthday and inviting us to the terrace for two drinks on the house.

When we went for the rooftop music they didn't have any food available. We probably would have had another drink if there had been food/snacks available.

Breakfast is fantastic – a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Great location, walking distance to points of interest in all directions. Lovely roof top bar to relax at sunset. Very nice rooms and all very friendly helpful staff.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was clean and had everything we could need. The breakfast is brilliant, well stocked and something for everyone.
