Legendary Porto Hotel

Great location

Good location, nice room, but perhaps not the best value.

Location is good, in the center. But remember that Porto is constantly changing ups and downs, so proximity on the map does not mean easy access. For example, the train station is very close, but much lower.To the left there is a shopping street, to the right - to the Cathedral and the bridge.Our room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the square.The staff was attentive and helpful.There are restaurants nearby.

The location was perfect, close to train station, cathedral, the high, walkable bridge to Vila de Gaia, and multiple forms of public transportation. They began breakfast at 7.

Location is perfect. Bedroom is cleaned. Although the room is small, you get what you need. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is generally helpful.

The air conditioning was not working in the room I checked in. I requested to change a new room. The shower room (for one person bedroom) is tiny. Acoustic is so-so.

Front desk girl could be friendlier. It seemed she did not want to be there. It could have been that it was Christmas holiday week, but nevertheless she is in customer service role.

The location is around everything and tourist locations. Good breakfast. Helpful staff, Laura is very skillful and helpful

Location, Location, Location... public transport a few steps away, and the best Francesinha in town is right next door. The staff is super friendly and attentive, specially at the breakfast room. The lobby is super welcoming and relaxing.

Internet doesnt always work. All 4 different places I stayed for my 2 weeks trip in portugal, this is the hotel I got irritated w the internet connection

Very clean, good breakfast and the staff was friendly. They kept our luggage for 5 hours after check out so we can enjoy the city before our flight. The hotel is very well positioned, you can reach all Porto main attractions by foot, it is close to everything you need (stores, supermarket, Catarina street, cathedral of Porto, metro station)

The breakfast serves fresh orange juice and a variety of fruits, which are amazing.

The reception staff weren't very friendly in general, and the room was tiny for two people with large suitcases.

'Hot' food at breakfast (bacon, beans, mushrooms, sausage) was never hot, just a little warm

Excellent value.Ok sized rooms.Very convenient location for most of Porto and ok for airport metro.Good clean functioning bathroom.Excellent blackout curtains.Nice balconies on some rooms.Decent breakfast with just about enough choice and nifty fresh orange juice machine.Nice two (very small) lifts to go to other floors without a long wait.Encouraged to use stairs.Free water machine in reception.Really helpful staff.Nice decor.
