The staff were lovely and helpful, with everything from a kettle and extra pillows to where to go for a good meal. Parking on site was good with our small car.

Great value for the price. Right in the middle of everything, shopping sites, etc. Great staff very clean.

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago and was very satisfied with the entire experience. The location was perfect — it made visiting historical sights incredibly convenient, and there were restaurants of all types and price ranges just steps away.My room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The overall environment felt safe and welcoming, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well‑located place to stay.

The Moov is our 'Go to' choice every time we visit Porto. Easily the best accomodations value in the city. In our opinon the star rating is too low. The staff is stellar and the location is ideal. Clean, well-maintained and quiet in the evenings.

Those with limited mobility, who are arriving via Sao Bento train station, might want to consider the steepness of the hill from the stattion to the hotel. Some of our visitors did not find it an inconsequentional trek.

Small room no refrigerator

Check in went smoothly. Our luggage was held until we could get in our room. Breakfast was good. At first the desk clerk did not have us down as paying for breakfast, but we did upon arrival check in. It was quickly rectified. Our mattress this time seemed better.

I wish we were told about the first-floor lounge and library. We came upon it on this stay since our room was on the first floor. It made a nice place to gather with our traveling group as we made plans.

The location was perfect! This hotel is clean, safe and comfortable. It does offer everything you need plus free wifi. I did not have the breakfast as there are so many local and great places to try very close by. The high walking bridge is a short, comfortable walk with a bevy of additional restaurants and entertainment like the river cruise. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I will stay again the next time I am in Porto.

One bathroom smelled like sewage

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's great if you only need someone to crash for a night in the city. Very simple facilities. I liked there was a water machine on every floor so we could easily fill up our water bottles.

Super basic. Hotels are so expensive in the city and you pay a lot for very little. Very basic. Felt like student accommodation. The rooms didn't even have a kettle. We asked for extra pillow for the beds and they could only offer 4 of us 1 extra pillow. The air conditioning was very loud and the sewage smell was so bad from the bathrooms at night that we had to always keep the bathroom door closed. Some mornings we couldn't brush our teeth because the smell was so bad.

Very good location - at the center of Porto's old district - near Santa Catherina street.

Location - relatievely far from public transportation, and you have to pull your luggange through cobblestoned strrets.The room was relatievely small. You need to carry your luggage about 10 stairs from the street level to the reception. There is some sort of device to assist, but the staff does not suggest assistance.

Basic room, stayed 2 nights. Loved Porto. hubs says bed was kinda hard, but I thought it was fine. Good location. Check-in was fine. No mini-fridge in the room, but they will store stuff in their main refrigerator (wine, etc). You can ask for ice, and get a little mug of ice. I think it was pretty quiet, AC worked fine. Water pressure was good for shower.

Should have a mini-fridge in the room, include breakfast in the price (13 euros extra pp) all I want in the morning is some coffee, not worth 13 euros. The other 3 members of my family said it was worth it. We had been staying in great apartments in Madrid and Santiago de Compostela, so we were a bit spoiled. Our hotel in Nazaré included breakfast and it was great.
