Our room had a funky smell. We'd open the windows/air it out and the next day the smell would be back. Maybe it's the supplies they clean with? But if you're really sensitive to smells this place is probably not for you

The staff is amazing, the location is exceptional, walking distance to everything (if your like to walk), the room was a bit smaller but had everything that we needed it, the breakfast was amazing.

It is fair hotel considering the cost/ quality ratio. The location is good, the rooms are quite small but clean, the staff is very nice and provides a lot of details. The breakfast was ok, not so varied but you could find something to eat.

I stayed here with my daughter and her friend over the summer and we had such a lovely experience. The sweet woman at the registration was just so kind and helpful to us. Her name is Angélica, and she's just the BEST. We came back to Porto for Christmas and booked rooms for my husband, daughter and mother in law. We were so happy to see Angélica again. Having staff like that is such a blessing. Thank you Angélica!

Very good hotel, well located, near metro stations, the Douro River, and you can go by foot even to Gaia. Very comfortable, with all you need to have a good bath and night of sleep. Staff was very warm and helpful. Very good pick for Porto.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional!The property is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was spotless, modern, stylish, and really comfortable. The staff are outstanding: professional but friendly, and always ready to help.The location is truly excellent: easy to reach and surrounded by everything you might need, including public transportation, shops, mall, restaurants, and many of the area’s attractions.One thing I absolutely loved was finding Rituals products in the room, definitely one of my favourite surprises. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and great service, this hotel is an excellent choice!

Great hotel, nice breakfast, great staff.

The room had a bit of a bad smell, and though I paid extra for breakfast, I was told we couldn’t enter the breakfast room with my pet, and instead I could eat outside. No problem, except there was no protection from the rain and the tables and chairs were soaked.

Everything was good. Clean and central location

Only downside for us… AC was bit warm for our liking. It eventually cooled a bit by not opening windows and ensuring it was on the entire time.

It was clean, great bed and fabulous, helpful staff. The location great for walkers. It is near the top of a pedestrian street with nearby restaurants.

We stayed for 6 nights. While we travel light (small carry on suitcases) the rooms are made for short stays. There is only a little hanging area and 1 small drawer. No dresser, no place to put much.

A small boutique-like hotel with all the amenitoes you need. 24-hour staff welcoming and helpful. They great you with a glass of port. Breakfast is delightful. Each day a few changes to the high quality hot and cold spread and breads and pastries. Rooms are complete with refrigerator and safe. Location at perfect spot at beginning of pedestrian Santa Catarina, within many cafes and restauants nearby, and a 10 minute walk to Sao Bento train station and various top visiting sites. The batrooms are modern with great rain shower head.

The location was quiet and convenient. Great view from the fourth floor. Very friendly staff. Very clean, bright and modern. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Strong competition for shower water in the morning. Water turned cold and quit entirely several times during each of our morning showers. No problems in the afternoon. The sliding glass door came off its track twice. Breakfast was pretty good, but understaffed. Strong perfume smell in the lobby.

The stuff and the hotel is very good. The location is amazing. So close to popular places. There is elevator and the room was clean. They keep the luggage after check out which is important. Thanks for everything
