Hotel Areosa

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. ALL of the staff were very pleasant and kind. The breakfast was delicious.

The only elevator broke down, and we had to climb the stairs to our room which was on the top floor.

Everything was really new, clean and cosy. The staff was super friendly and nice. Good rooms, everything works well, breakfast is cheap (5€)

It’s a bit far from the city, but we had car so no problem with that :)

The showerhead wasn’t high enough so if you’re too tall for it you have to duck under it, no shower gel either, the fan didn’t work but at least I got another one that did, no soundproofed walls so you can easily hear everything such as last night when a couple had sex including slapping, a shaking bed, moaning and everything

Room is basic, no lift in the building that we stayed. I think they have two wings. Things are okay.

Room was freezing cold, no glass was available in the room to drink water (I asked from the staff). I was at 3rd floor and it was fine for me but for older guest you need to consider. It is away from the city.

For a low-cost room, to spend one night, the bed was comfortable, had clean sheets and towels and the bathroom was clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful.One advise, take ear plugs, because the low-cost rooms are not soundproofed.

I could feel every spring in the matras, it seemed very old and it was terrible, if the shower had any more mold I think it would've come alive and left the room, the bedsheets where also not fully replaced, same pillow case, same matras cover, not sure if I had the same blanket but the rest seemed to just stay on the bed

Despite the low price, the hotel didn’t meet my expectations. The rooms were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. The only plus was the heater in the room. The door was hard to open because the lock was broken. There was also a guest next to me who kept smoking all the time. The only real positive was the friendly and helpful staff

The breakfast was not bad for the price. It was a continental breakfast, everything was fresh

The accommodation was more like a motel. Walls are paper thin . Neighbors kept us awake till 2am. Street noise is terrible

Nothing at all

I book the property and it looked really nice, I arrived there it was completely different, it looked another hotel, I went to the reception tell the person that what I booked didn’t match where I was staying and the guy(he was very friendly) told me that they where changing the hotel to a new one, something like this, I ask him if I could change to another room, he couldn’t do nothing

Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.I understand that this Hotel is busy upgrading.

The smell of smoke coming into my room, eventually just closed the window with no fresh air coming in

Really good location for the airport, on good bus routes for the centre and beach. A real bargain and they've done lots of renovations, so part of the hotel is brilliant. Staff are really lovely and helpful too.

The older part of the hotel is looking a bit tired, for example our key didn't fit the lock properly, needs a bit of work. But the advantages outweigh the disadvantages in my opinion.

Honestly, price was way lower than other hotels in this region. We booked because our journey didn't have any booking for this specific day. Welcoming agent was smiley, polite and professional. Room was super clean; we had a suite for 3 adults+3 children. They did not charged more because of that. Large balcony, Extra large windows and lighting gave the impression to be in a luxury hotel. Everything seemed to be recently renovated.Breakfast was included, and was generous and food very good with unlimited coffee. We felt we were alone but it's just that we had a different schedule than the other guests.

Location is not perfect; some surrounding houses are demolished and abandoned. Near large roadway. Elevator seems not in good shape.

The staff is very nice and helpful with everything. The location was not too far from the center, and the Uber or bolt taxi were not too expensive. The new building is nice and has almost everything you could want in a room. Book a room with AC because it is the new side. Do not book a room without AC because it is the old side which is bad.

The hotel has 2 sides. The new building and the old one. The room on the old side is horrible. Walls were dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom faucet was leaking and the shower had mold in a few areas. You get what you pay for. Pay for AC and get a newly renovated room if you don't you will regret it.

Really good location for the airport and onward transfer links to the bus and train stations. Lovely and attentive staff, really friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough to help. An absolute bargain for what you get.

Absolutely nothing

We got rooms in the new part of the hotel. Everything is new, although rooms are a little bit minimalistic. Bathroom is great.

Hi really liked to stay in this hotel, is so clean, and the staffs are so friendly and helpful I really going to book next time to stay there again

They have coffe.... and it easy to find from far better places around with same price.

The worse Hotel, after first couple of hours I need to move to other one, the room is very simple only with beds that jing around, I made a movie of that... also the cleaning was something that pass at side off this place, for a non smoke room, the smoke and the weed smell was very very intense. Even texting the hotel in advance asking for Gluten free breakfast, the answer is something of the other world.In the end I payed for an hotel that I could stay and no refound, a complete trap.
