Very good breakfast Great location Friendly staff

Very comfortable room with comfortable bed & nice hot shower.

The staff were really incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was a plus to be able to leave our baggage for a few hours after we checked out as this meant we could spend the afternoon in Porto before moving on to another destination without having to cart our luggage around. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. The roof top bar was a plus too. The waitress was brilliant explaining food and different drink options. She also taught us a little Portuguese! Obrigada to everyone there! We would definitely stay there again.

It was quite a walk down to the river but for those who don't like walking you can grab a taxi or an uber.

Staff were very friendly. Location was great, 200m from the Trindade metro. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and very good quality.

Small room with only 1 chair and inadequate hanging storage for clothes for those carrying clothes for a 15 day trip.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by the most friendliest staff who take your bag gwt you a water and just make you feel welcome. The room was amazing and the size of the bed was massive! The restaurant on the top floor was also fantastic with delicious food and again the most amazing staff who looked after you. Would definitely stay there every time.

Nothing to be improved

Very comfortable stay, helpful and friendly staff, bathroom is spacious and clean.Location is central, very close to the market and nearby restaurants. The hotel is easy to find.

Very small nitpick, but I would have loved better storage space for my clothes.

Well located and close to everything in the centre of Porto. Parking inside the building. Amazing staff at reception, valet and dining room staff. Impecable service. Good breakfast. Modern cute design and very clean. It was our second time here and we will be coming back.

Would be an added bonus we could get a pillow menu for bad sleepers. The pillows were too low (personal preference).

Very close to the metro station Trindade. Very clean and quit. Excellent breakfast.

Everything here was wonderful! The location was absolutely brilliant, a minutes walk from Trindade station, which comes straight from the airport and a lot of the sights I was hoping to see were only 15/20 minutes walk away. It was very central, easy to find and really comfortable. The staff was wonderfully attentive, friendly and professional. My room was fantastic! Bed is huge and everything was warm, clean and secure. With the late check out, nothing feels rushed, everything is super lovely and relaxed. Breakfast was really nice, as was dinner. With wonderful views and staff, easy booking for the restaurant in the evening on the app, too.

The staff are friendly, attentive and accommodating! The room is well conceived with lovely design details that make it really attractive and comfortable. The location is so well situated it always seems like anything you want to do is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Only a bit sad the pool isn't heated... But honestly who has time in a city as wonderful to explore as Porto!

The best part was the upstairs lounge and pool. Beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back!
