Huge construction going on in front of this hotel that creates nose from 7 am

Clean and staff very nice

Was very noisy because of construction 24 hours every day ,I pay for views, and my views was a construction. The hotel need to advise about the construction and have a better price.i ask for another room. But unable to find.

People were professional, and very nice and willing to do anything to accommodate great staff. Hotel employee at the front desk was great

Room was spacious and well appointed. Concierge was friendly and very helpful with recommendations. Location is great, though currently surrounded by a lot of construction (subway)

they upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge!breakfast buffet was excellantstaff are very polite and helpful

Everything was perfect with staying in here except for breakfast.Staff was kind & the room was clean and neat enough. Especially the location of it was really comfortable and satisfied to me!!

Only the breakfast was disappointed.. Not a variety of menu were there.

Not quite a 5 star but overall good and 4.5 star quality.

The lady at the front desk created a bit of confusion on charging for complimentary water on requesting for a water bottle in our room. However, it was taken clarified by the subsequent staff at the front desk.

Stayed there before (10yrs) and was looking forward to another stay. We brought other family members this time around.

Add a swimming pool to the hotel if possible.

A nice respite from a very busy city. A very good location. Clean and large room and bathroom with plenty of space.

There were several problems for this stay, in contrast to our earlier one, which went well. First, when we arrived, we were assigned to a room on the first floor next to a very busy and noisy street. We had requested a quiet room. The receptionist tried to tell us that we had actually requested the street! Fortunately, after a short wait a nice room in accordance with our request was found. Second, one of the beds was not comfortable. Finally, we were denied even half an hour later check out, and required to check out no later than 12 noon on the dot. As if every room could be cleaned at the same time! This is a very expensive hotel and should have done better.

The staff were very attentive and the best part of the experience. The food was nothing special, really. Not for a 5 start.

You had to pay extra for some of the La Carte options like English Breakfast, despite having breakfast included.

It’s a beautiful hotel, great location. Nice ,clean and spacious rooms . Offers sleepers.Water everyday, very comfy bed and pillows

Wonderful hotel! The bed was luxurious with turndown service, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful and the location was close to everything we wished to see. The gym equipment was in good condition and it was open early which was great!
