The hotel was close to everything during our stay in Porto! The hotel also had a really fancy look to it which made the experience worth it! Staff was also very friendly and were there for any questions!

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property. Everything was good!

Fabulous Boutique Hotel in the Old Town. Comfortable rooms nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of coffee or tea after breakfast. There was nothing available in your room or downstairs.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the Ribeira, and its walking distance from all main areas in Porto. Rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is a treat. The best thing is the staff, helpful and very kind, hat tip to Sergio and Nuno.

Staff were exceptional!

The hotel in general was not well lit. The corridors, stairs, hallways and rooms were too dark. I wish they’d put more lights.

We absolutely loved this hotel, especially our room...quite spacious, comfortable including the bathroom. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and met our needs. The staff was helpful. The location was excellent and we were able to acquire an Uber from and to the hotel but also walk to many places. Note, the hotel is located on a hill so we found it helpful to catch an Uber a few feet on top of the hill, but we had the Uber from the hotel to the airport pick us up right up front. One thing to keep in mind if you have mobility issues, there are "small flights" of stairs in in two locations; however, check to see if a hotel room is available that does not require stairs.

The only recommendation is to have possibly access to tea/coffee during the day or place kettles/coffee service in the rooms. It would have been nice to come back from our day excursions and enjoy a cup of something. Also, we found the strong scent on the main floor of the hotel overpowering sometimes - keep in mind that many have challenges with this.

Great location near the river. Staff was very helpful recommending restaurants and providing directions.. The room was a bit small but still adequate. It was clean, and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.

They lock the front door around 8:30 in the evening.

Thus is an excellent hotel near the river and located in an area where we could walk to many attractions even with all the hills. We are in our 60's The hotel is in an old building and that gives it a lot of charm. Beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. I would stay here again

The hotel building is unassuming and the sign first it is quite small. Its on a narrow one-way street and so if you are driving, there is no place for you to park in front of the hotel so don't even try. The closest parking garage is a short walk but its uphill and no one wants to lug their luggage uphill. It's also very expensive. My advice, park at Parque estacionamento SABA - Beira Rio next to Forte de Gaia across the river and take an Uber to the hotel. They will drop you off on the street above the hotel and you can walk down to it. Much easier, less hassle and much less expensive. Plus its much easier, when you are driving to your next destination to leave from Gaia than in downtown Porto in my humble opinion.

It was a lovely hotel. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were high quality. The staff was very very helpful with directions. We came in one evening and it was cold and I told Sergio the night desk person how much I wish I had a cup of hot tea. He made it happen. Very thoughtful

Breakfast was very good

No coffee in the room.Fridge was full of purchasable items.Our travel partners got upgraded comp to a suite because they mentioned that one of us is walking-impaired. My partner is the walking-impaired one, and we got a regular room that required more walking than the suite, and also required more wait time to become available.

Service was absolutely top notch. Hotel was beautifully designed and in a perfect location for exploring Porto on foot. The breakfast was also excellent- a great variety of healthy options as well as delicious treats.

Absolutely loved our room! The interior design and finishes on the hotel are some of the best I’ve seen.

Breakfast closed promptly at 10:00 am, which we raced to meet every morning. We had to indulge and sleep in.
