I disliked everything about this hotel.

Room thermostat does not control room temperature. Room temperature is controlled from lobby area. I have to call the lobby to change my room temperature..

The property is very accessible to all historic sites as well to stores and good restaurants.

The room was very clean and warm. The stuff was amazing. Very respectful, friendly,accommodating and responsive. Good breakfast options are available.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly, the lobby and the bar super cozy and well put together, and the room was fantastic!

I was on the top floor and had a wonderful view of old Porto. It was quiet. Very clean. The staff all spoke English and were helpful.

Be aware there are homeless people sleeping right outside the front of the entrance to the hotel.

Kinda clean, friendly people overall

The breakfast is poor quality, sometimes not refilled for a long time, some dishes are just questionable and I didn’t touch them because they looked off.The room is fine overall. There’s a strong smell of chemicals when cleaning ladies are coming in the morning while we have breakfast in the dining area, as the toilets are right near the corner.

Staff was friendly, very good location I would say.

couldnt connect netflix on TV, couldnt lower the fan speed on AC, Could not reach front desk via phone, cleaning did not take dirty dishes away for 3 days, cleaning did not replenish toilet paper.

Oswaldo at front desk is exceptionally customer oriented. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating . All staff were very friendly and professional and seemed to enjoy their work.

Not real close to the main sites, but Porto is a walkable city.

Osvaldo Couto was amazing with customer service! Such a kind person. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, the AC was working perfectly, the breakfast was good and the location is good too. We were very happy with this hotel.

One of our rooms (the double one) was a little too small, there was very little room for our bags, but if you are traveling with carry ons only you should be fine. I had a big luggage.

Location was good, within walking distance of the river. Room was spacious and very nice.

Nice room. Good staff. I had an issue and it was resolved quickly and with a happy result. Nice breakfast and I would stay again. Me and my girlfriend were very happy.

The park looks amazing on pictures but was under construction for my trip. I know it's not the hotels fault but I was disappointed with that.

Clean room with very nice staff.Great location as well, only a 15minute walk to most attractions and 20minute to the riverside.

The smell was bad, the facilities were of a two star-hotel, the room was small, the hot water in the shower was running out quickly, bed sheets were not clean (and were not replaced on our request), homeless people were sleeping on the ground next to the hotel, the receptionist was very slow and the transfer to the airport (ordered by the hotel) has never arrived.

The hotel is located close to the train station "Trindade", with all the main landmarks nearby. The windows offer a stunning view of the park, where the sun rises and seagulls soar. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is modern, with a stylish design. The beds are cozy, featuring a good mattress, comfortable pillows, and crisp, snow-white linens. The room is filled with a lot of light. There is a kettle, coffee with cream, tea, and sugar.The bathroom has a great shower that provides maximum relaxation for a tired body. It also includes white towels of various sizes, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and a powerful hairdryer. The hotel corridors have a fresh, citrusy fragrance.A special mention goes to the restaurant with its welcoming staff. We enjoyed fresh vegetables, fruits, pastries, and coffee for breakfast and lunch. God bless Portugal, its people, and its incredibly delicious food. ?A truly wonderful place!
