The receptionists and other staff are professional! 10/10 for them. They even sent me a refund after realizing they erronously charged me.

I think being a hostal where peligrims pass and after long hours of walking, the rooms were very smelly (shoes ...not the facilities). They could do something about it but also guests are responsible of not only.their comfort....but.others too. Like someone deciding to listen music without heardphone or loudly take a call in the room is a little rude especially because people get to rest at different times/hours.

They help me a lot when I lost my phone. Breakfest Is the best as hostel can do

The hostel is located in the very center of Porto, just a 5-minute walk from the church, with cafes, shops, and souvenir stores nearby. The beds are fresh and clean, the breakfast is good, and I was welcomed at the reception by a guy who explained everything in great detail. My Camino began at this hostel.

Hostel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

The room is poorly insulated from the outdoors and on a Main Street so extremely loud through the night. If you are a light sleeper you will be up all night with car horns and ambulances passing through.

The hostel is located in the best location in Porto by the Douro River in the heart of city. Comfy bed, with curtain for privacy in hostel, plenty of space in the drawer underneath bed to store luggage to keep dorm area clean for everyone. Great view from balcony of my room. Hostel is spacious and the breakfast is amazing! A lot to choose from and even pastel de nata! Good coffee! Also, a very nice gentleman working the reception who helped me out when I checked in. I really enjoyed my time there!

Bathroom is decent. I like that there are shelves underneath the sink to put your items. But it can be improved if it were cleaned more frequently. I missed breakfast my second morning because I had an early departure. I was told I can get a small breakfast (take-away bag) in the morning, but it was miscommunicated because I was suppose to ask the kitchen staff during the previous day to prepare it for me. The staff member working the graveyard shift wasn't the friendliest. I understand that it's a hard shift, but at least try to be a little bit friendly. Not a deal breaker though, I would definitely stay here again!

Best ever hostel! Location, stuff and room itself excellent. I liked everything. In female room for 8 people were bathroom with 3 toilets and 2 showers. Big room, very well organised. Nice city view. It was warm (January ), clean. Breakfast also very nice.

Location was good

Bathrooms were disgusting. Bins were changed daily but there was mould and stains everywhere. The curtains on beds were really gross

The guy from reception helped my a lot with lost mobile phone ( on bus station not hostel)

Very cool hostel located right by the river. Great music was playing all the time, the bed and room were very comfortable with everything you could need and the staff were extremely helpful and sweet. 100% recommend!

Clean place, whit comfy bed to sleep on. The breakfast was amazing compared to any hostel I stayed in.

One bathroom doors lock was broken, couldn't lock, Loud drum and music sound 2am.

Best value of the money ever. Got 3 Welcome Drinks and Breakfast included. Check In took less than 2min. Every bed has a curtains so you have more privacy. Great location!

Bar underneath was a bit loud during the night but not to bad
