Very comfortable room with all you needed. Appreciated small items like enough clothes hooks in the bathroom, enough space for personal toiletries, surface in the shower to place sponge etc. Tea/ coffee tray generously stocked ( our next hotel had 1 tea bag and 1 coffee sachet)Very pleasant staff.

Relatively low cost
AC really didn’t work, had to open the windows in the room but that barely cooled the room. Bathroom was dirty, dirty water in the bidet when we checked in, the toilet paper was covered in a layer of dirt.
Nice location, near a shopping center and a food market. To visit historic downtown you can take a Uber and you are there in 5 min. The room is spacious and all is very clean.
The breakfast was delicious! There’s a Mercado and mall close by. It’s close to the city center but away from the noise.
For what we paid, it was perfect!

There were 2 unpleasant issues: the cost of the parking (€15 per day) and poor rainwater drainage on the room's balcony (room 222).
The hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. Clean, lovely staff and in a charming area.
Everything was great.
The bed was very comfortable and the room has all the necessities for our stay to be enjoyable. The space was clean and the sheets and towels very comfortable as well. Having a kettle and some tea and coffee for the room was a big plus. We had a wonderful stay !
The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom was great. The breakfast was nice too. The hotel is in a good location. I didn't spend much time here but I wouldn't mind stating at the hotel again.
The room smelled as though someone had smoked in it in the not too distant past. When I checked in, the lady on reception was a little fierce and intimidating but she was also very efficient.
Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Location was perfect - just a short walk to the city centre.
