The staff at the hotel were amazing. Ricardo was very personable, always available when we needed anything and was polite enough to listen to my ramblings about football! The housekeeping staff did a great job every time we requested our room were cleaned also.
The rooms were basic, but this isn’t a criticism as this is made clear in the descriptions, photos, and reviews. Some more amenities (kettle, iron, mini fridge) would improve the experience even more

We were on the 3rd floor next to the elevator. Not sure what is up with the elevator door, but it is slammed horribly, and people were also not careful with it. Would not stay in a room so close to it again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were always attentive and very helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really made the experience even better.
Although the hotel was clean, in my opinion it looks quite different from the photos. It feels older, and the rooms look much more dated than they appear online. The corridors and even the room door seemed a bit fragile. Nothing happened during my stay, but I have to admit I didn’t feel completely safe, it’s hard to explain.

Super loud at night. They promised me the breakfast space for a meeting when I called in advance and I had to argue several times while there for that promise to be delivered
