Cons -
- Difficult to find. Our first taxi driver dropped us off a block away. Uber driver did not arrive, canceled our ride and yet charged us for the ride.
- Breakfast was slow and taking long time once you order anything.
- Breakfast not included for the price and the option or purchase was unreasonable ( $15 euros a head)

Room, Breakfast, location
Near the city centre on 5 to 10 minutes walk from the most attractions. The ligthing in the room is fantastic! The curtains are beautiful and stylish. There is a very good scent in the room and the whole building.Lots of warm water to shower in the very spacious shower.Good airconditioning.Very clever use of space: inventive breakfast/dinertable and chairs. The soap smells so good. The tableware is beautiful.Nice to have a kitchen cleaning set with dishwashing liquid and a sponge.Very friendly staff
Little bit of mold in the corners of the shower. Just new silicon sealant is recommended.Only one fork and one spoon available.
Comfortable room and great location. Lots of Cafe’s close by livery river views. Wonderful staff.
Great location. Clean and really friendly and helpful staff .. all of them couldn’t do enough for you .
The pool area was a little disappointing . No comfortable seating area
The breakfast was very nice and was a combination of buffet and made to order eggs, omelettes or pancakes. Our room was clean. The bathroom was comfortable.
Rooftop pool, wonderful staff, nice restaurant next door, walkable area.
The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. We were celebrating my birthday and they left a special note with a little gift for me. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also fantastic.
The room was clean and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and courteous.
We booked a room with a balcony/view of the river and were downgraded to a room on a sunken level. Although were we told the room would be discounted, the hotel did not follow through with the refund. The hot water supply ran out after 3 minutes when the first person showered so the next 3 people had only cold water. The shower door leaked. The coffee maker was broken.
The room was very nice. Location was great. Staff very welcoming
Maid left a note “Leave me a tip”. We would have but kind of rude.
Lovely hotel, the room was so spacious and great having kitchen facilities. Loved the rooftop pool and terrace to relax in.The location was also great being to close to the riverside and all the buzz.
Convenient location on the river. Lovely, well-appointed room.
The room description on Booking.com indicated two beds in the room (one double, one twin). When we arrived to the room, there was only one double bed. A quick trip to the front desk rectified the situation and they made things right.
This was a great apartment hotel in Porto. It was very clean, spacious, fully furnished, and modern. We loved the location as it was near restaurants, bars, site seeing, and public transportation.
Nothing, it was an excellent stay.
Everything was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave us great recommendations for dinner. Location was central to everything. The facilities were amazing, new and beautiful!! Would recommend to anyone!!!
It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out is super smooth and both Catarina and Ana are so helpful.Initially we were allotted a room which had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. As soon as I informed the reception, immediately they upgraded us to a suite-room. It was so nice of them. The rooms have tasteful decor, the beds and pillows are very comfortable.
The room I had was a double bed ensuite with wet room, kitchen area and sofa and unit with lots of shelves and niches. Kitchen was very well equipped indeed, though I only found the local grocers at the end of the stay (right out of front door follow colonnade to square with church) and supermarkets are thin on the ground in the tourist area. Great view at the front over river AND historic tramway. Bus to beaches stops virtually outside and not too difficult walk to Sao Bento and main historic areas. There is a sweet rooftop pool and bar though not in use during my stay, so there was no lounge area as such.
There was no a deadlock or "do not disturb" sign for the door. I like to lock the door as I'm travelling on my own, but to make things worse some staff walked in on me in the toilet just after I arrived and I don't know why they came in. As well as the river and tram there is a fairly permanent traffic jam outside, though to be fair it wasn't noisy. Coffee machine wasn't functional (I think maybe wrong pods) but there was also a kettle. Tiny moth like creatures in the wet room. I didnt mind them, but I think it was a bit too damp in there because of the rough cast effect of the heritage walls
