Fab location with river views from the rooms. Lovely staff so keen to help. Comfortable rooms which are well designed. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great- breads, pastries, different cake every day, eggs, ham, cheeses, fruit salad etc. Really loved our stay there and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Several public transportation options nearby, the tram was right outside the hotel. It is also next to a beautiful cathedral and palace if you’re looking for activities to do. The hotel is small and feels very quaint and homey. While in a busy location it is very quiet. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and were eager to accommodate any requests to make the stay more pleasant.

Great location, close to the main city landmarks, wonderful view of the river. Staff were super polite and let us store our luggage when we arrived a few hours before the check in, as well as after we checked out, before catching a taxi to the airport.Room was really clean and we got a new set of clean towels even when it wasn't really necessary. 10/10

So close to river cafes bars shops restaurants and the tram starts just outside .Great staff all friendly helpful and good breakfast loved the free tea coffee cakes every afternoon a thoughtful touch and handwritten welcome note with a chocolate lovely treat

The hotel has excellent location, rooms are confortable and calm. The concept and the mood are amazing .

We loved the location of Memoria. We were greeted with a glass of port which was such a lovely way to arrive in Porto. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and all day pastries and coffee were a very nice touch.

Great location being close to the river, but if you want to see the sites in the rest of the city, it’s mostly an uphill walk.You could easily stay here and do everything on the riverbank in terms of eating and shopping. The hotel itself is modern, well equipped and staffed by lovely people. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would happily stay again!

The location was brilliant. So near to everything but an oasis of calm. Rooms were so clean. The staff were just gorgeous - so friendly and smiley. Breakfast was lovely and drinks all day and cakes in the afternoon is such a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend
