The complimentary breakfast was yummy with a diverse selection. The staff attending to us were helpful and warm. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Even walked us up to the room. The hotel offers an incredibly comprehensive service, from translation, bike rental, restaurant recommendations to even religious services. You are offered a welcome drink upon arrival! As well as a free small bottle of wine in your room and chocolate. There are bathrobes and slippers in the room, and shower caps & toiletries upon request (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc.), a great benefit that many hotels nowadays are too cheap to offer. The shampoo, conditioner offered are of high quality. They are generous with the check out times, as long as you inform them that you will be a bit late. Super accommodating people.

Would have been nice if there were more veggies at the breakfast buffet, but again it was delicious, even have a customizable omlette/ egg dish you can order. The sound proofing from the door is not the best, we were able to hear loud tourist groups talking to each other in the hallway early in the morning.

Absolutely everything. This place is perfect. There is not one fault. We stayed for a long weekend and it was so sad to leave. I recommend anyone to stay here. The facilities are brilliant. There is a breakfast. You have a very comfortable room. The staff are all very kind and helpful. There is a taxi rank outside. There are several lovely things to do within walking distance. The city is beautiful. Close to the river. Plenty to do nearby. This hotel is perfect and in a great location. I wish I could check in at this hotel in every city I visit.

Excellent staff, great location and amazing breakfast! Large, beautiful twin room, minimalist decor. Great closets and lots of hangers.

Bathroom is located 6 steps above the room with no guard rail or railing when going down. Marble floor gets slick when wet. Large shower doesn’t drain properly, so shower floor is slippery. Not enough hooks in bathroom, no handrails. This is not a room for children or anyone with mobility concerns. We were fit older people and worried constantly about safety.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, walkable to everything.

The hotel is located on a busy street and you could hear the street noise in the room.

Porto River Infante is a lovely and charming property with an excellent location, perfect for exploring Porto. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was decent and met expectations. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms are small, with limited space for organising all your belongings.Beds could be more comfortable, they were a bit on the hard/spring side

It's my second time in this property. And I've chosen it another time having very good first experience.Location is great!Small but comfortable rooms.Good mattress, linen, pillows (which is important.All equipment is new and works.Reception is very pleasant and helpful.Always free water and apples are available at reception.Good red wine bottle as the compliment, tea, coffee in the room. Decent mini-bar.Welcome Porto drink.Perfect breakfast.I would definitely recommend 2-4 days stay for city sightseeing.

Excellent location and a very spacious and comfortable room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our reservation dates and they offered to change them at no extra cost, even though the reservation was non-transferable. The hotel is small but very comfortable and quiet, and they offer a fabulous breakfast.

The night staff receptionist wasn't particularly helpful regarding the information of the car park that is actually recommended by the hotel itself which I found a bit strange
