The bed was very comfortable, the heating worked perfectly, the interior design was cosy, the staff was really nice, easy and helpful, and the room was pristine clean.

The toilet door in the room was a bit faulty, didn't open properly once closed. It was a bit hard to open.The button to flush the toilet with less water was broken.Though, none of these were a big problem.

It’s absolutely brilliant quite close to city centre room was more spacious and tidy.Breakfast is lovely as well.

I liked that it felt safe and clean. I liked the water in the lobby and the friendly staff.

It was a bit out of the way from some things but still a good location. The balcony left something to be desired. I was excited to go up there and a little disappointed by what I found.

The hotel is great location, hotel staff very friendly & helpful. The junior suite was spacious, clean bathroom & linen. Breakfast was a good spread. Great hotel.

It would be nice to have better lighting in the bedroom especially in winter sunrise is very late & you having to prepare for earlier tours. The rest of the lighting in the bathrooms & living area is great.

Good 3 star hotel outside the city. It is a solid 30 min walk to the old town. Easily accessible via taxi. Beds were a bit small. The bathrooms were good sized..we did not eat at the hotel..but some really nice restaurants close by..including a cool bakery.

Location is a bit far out from old town..but a an easy 6 euro ride each way

Loved the location, near the arts district and not far to walk to get to coffee shops and restaurants. I loved how quiet it was too. The staff were lovely. I really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed in a junior suite and it was fine but there should be a note about how to use the aircon and if there’s a charge for the mini fridge items. The junior suite needs a deep clean in the bathroom like the walls etc.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood with a 7-8 minute walk to shopping and sightseeing. Staff was courteous and professional. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed.

Noise around the room. Noise from everywhere... water, people speaking, people walking. it was impossible to sleep.

Facilities, breakfast and staff

There was a bug under the blanket on the first night. You have to walk far up to go home when you are in the city center.

Staff were very friendly and informative and took their time to provide us with information about all the attractions in Porto and how to find our way around. We found the location of the hotel was ideal for us situated in a quiet area only a short walk to a street with lots of restaurants and shops and a further 10 minutes or so down to the riverside. The room was spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities, including a fridge and safe. Bed was very comfortable. There was also a narrow balcony but unfortunately due to the rainy weather during our stay we didn't get to use it. There is a very good cafe/ bakery just across the street too..

It would have been nice to have a couple of small chairs on the balcony - having said that it was too wet to use the balcony when we stayed.

The property was in a fantastic location being a short walk away from the riverfront but far enough out for quiet at nighttime. The staff were incredible hospitable and friendly, offering our recommendations and good conversation. The breakfast service was excellent too. The overall design of the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff were very thorough and hygienic. Overall an incredible stay and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Thank you to all the staff that made it possible.

The washbasin in bathroom didn’t hold water. Very difficult to us. Waste of water. Wasn’t enough clothes hangers.
