It's nice enough, clean, cleaning staff is great, reception is alright. Price is not bad and not bad from the main tourist parts.

AC did not in my room or my friends room. And it seems to be a reoccurring situation based on others reviews. We were charged 2¿ each adult at check in. This should have been done at the time I paid for my rooom or it should be advertised.

Hi it looked a nice hotel but it was hard to find being just back off of the rotunda but hard to access.

its a large hotel that probably looked very good in its heyday but looks very tired now & needs a good deep clean & a lot more staff as most of the time they were not there to serve as they all doubled up, leaving the bar unattended for often as 15 minute

Nice clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet area, so peaceful at night.

Location wasn't great. A car is definitely needed. 3 miles out of Porto city centre.

Location is far from transit. It's more of a car-oriented location.

The bedroom AC wasn’t working for hot air, we were very cold at night, and the covers were not big enough to feel warm, the main door had to be manually locked from the inside otherwise it would stay open, and the electric charger charger for electric cars was not working with our cards…. Otherwise is was ok

Rooms were super clean. Staff is polite and spoke good english. Also assisted me in ordering takeout from local restaurant.Free parking is available.

On occasion traffic noises were laud. Other than that all was excellent.

I appreciated that the hotel welcomed our two small dogs in the same room, as most hotels only permit one dog per room.

This place is lackluster at best. The lobby needs to be cleaned, the staff was not friendly, and the location is not good for a tourist. Stay somewhere else.

A lovely stay. Ubers are cheap, down by the river is stunning! A river cruise is well worth it.

Quiet with free parking. Room size was good with comfortable bed and pillows

Breakfast was okay but should be included with room. Was not worth 11 euros.

Location. In the middle of nowhere!

Spacious wheelchair accessible room with suitable bathroom.

Basic room,no coffee making facilities, bit noisy, loved Porto.

Coffee/tea in room would be nice. Mattress was good, but base of bed was noisy.Aircon not duel winter/summer, so room was so so hot, leaving window open meant noise of a pressure air pump and traffic which disturbed our sleep.

We got 2 rooms instead of booked 1 room. Late checkout (12 pm) and hot water kettle in the room.

Quite waramand noisy as the area is not so nice with the highways.
