We stayed in a 1bdr unit. The unit was large, the bed was comfy, the bathroom & shower were amazing and the overall style & decor of the place was spectacular. Was impressed and would totally stay here again in a heartbeat. I fell in love!

Our particular unit was a bit dark (only a few small windows looking into an internal courtyard) but did not spend much of the day inside so was not the end of the world. During the entire stay we never saw anyone work at the hotel or in the lobby.

I always look for accommodation which sends good vibes and this is one of them. Cozy and at the same time spacious. This a good quality of accommodation for a not so expensive rate. And they dont have physical keys which saves lives for us to not forget them. They are so techy savvy.

Maybe you can put more outlet to charge our phone in the living room and maybe once in a week or bi-weekly to depuis clean the bathroom especially the shower. Probably double check the shower door because ours leaks.

Very spacious apartment, calm to the court, with balcony, clean. Bathroom a bit smaller but sufficient for two. All historic city centre in walking distance, very good connection to metro and the airport

Online check-in worked but may be a bit complex for some people. Breakfast at nearby café only from 8.30. Maybe due to the weather conditions (rain all time) it was a bit humid in the apartment, air condition could not really warm it up. Only one cover on bed, may cause issues with two people. Kitchen only very basic equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Porto apartment. The design is very cool, the location is excellent, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The apartment was also easy to access, which made everything simple and stress-free.

The only downsides were that the primary bed wasn’t very comfortable, as it felt like the springs were broken, and it would have been nice to have a throw blanket available.

the Turkish bath that I paid extra for was not working from day 1. Waited couple of hours for stuff to come check it out and cannot be fixed within our stay duration. Was told I will get refund for it, but never get anything back.

The communication was exeptional. The apertment was just like presented in the photos.

We could not close 1 door from bedroom and we could see the apartment was slighly used.

The location!

The room is dark and dingy. The online photos are edited with a significant saturation. There is not a single hook to hang a coat, let alone any facility to put out some clothes. So, if you want to feel like you’re living out of a suitcase in a big room, great! It is an apartment hotel and yet, the kitchenette does not have a lick of soap! So one has to ask, how were the glasses cleaned, if at all?! Also, it’s supposed to be serviced, but serviced in intervals so how does that help with utensil cleanliness?! The “Turkish bath” that’s located outside has no extra towels and again, in a damp environment and the lack of cleaning, one has to question how hygienic it all is. Also, strangely, there were ants in the bathroom! I did not notice any in the kitchen or the room but something to keep in mind if you leave your toothbrush out!

Beautiful and really comfortable. Really nice to lounge around, comfortable seats. The bathroom was really nice and bed was spacious for two people. There was even a small welcome pack with some bottled water and snacks, and a pamphlet with suggestions on Porto places to check out. Also really great central locationPictures are an accurate reflection of the property

No major complaints but the receptionist was missing when I needed assistance with something at night (even though his belongings were still there). Would be appreciated if there was a contact number to reach the specific property receptionist, instead of the general customer help line

Our room was really coldBreakfast was poor, and the start time was at 9:00.It included orange juice, coffee, and a croissant.However, by 9:15 there were no croissants left.

Centrally located in heart of Porto walking distance to everything. Modern, clean, lift access, digital very efficient check in, friendly staff to help with locker facilities.

It was totally amazing! Beautiful and spacious, really great furniture, couches, kitchens, TV, even yoga mats - everything perfect

Only the e checking in was a bit complicated, and Nespresso capsules would have been better instead of the copy cats; also include a little cream and sugar please

Breakfast?.?We bought breakfast supplies from a store up the road and sometimes ate at a small cafe across the road.

Location is very central, 8 min walk to a metro station, a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes around. Design was nice

Air conditioning didn’t work. I asked to fix it twice, they told me they would have a look, but nothing changed. Was freezing cold. Spent there 3 nights and no one cleaned the room. They didn’t refill a toilet paper, change towels or at least take the rubbish out. That is not 4 star hotel treatment I was expecting when booking this hotel.

Perfect location to reach the main points of interest in Porto. Staff is so nice and helpful since I booked our room. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Full kitchen with useful appliances and a complete set of china. Very clean and quite, and very nice shower.

One of the best hotels, in a good location, walking distance to everything. Bed was super comfy, and room was gigantic.Lots of restaurants around.

Location is good, close to good restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, automated (no front desk). Also, self-service storage for luggage, which helped since check-out was at 11am, and our train at 13:40.

We booked one of the most expensive rooms, but we were assigned a room with accessibility features, ground floor. While it is great that they have it, it is prepared and equipped for someone with disabilities, such as lower bathroom mirror, cold floors (to better allow wheels), handles, alarms, etc. Therefore, uncomfortable for us. This should have an option when booking, most hotels do have it. Since this is not a real hotel, I assume they just want to keep it full. I complained about it, they offered another smaller room, but when we got there, the sewage smell was very strong, so we decided to keep the original room. It was also not very clean, there was a dirty sock and those flip flops below the bed. It didn't look nice and cozy as the pictures. Also no room cleaning service. Turkish bath was outside the room, we decided not to use it.
