Staff were beyond amazing. Big shout out to Joao who gave me top notch recommendations and last minute reservations.

Breakfast was delivered to the room in a picnic basket left on a small table outside the room and you could make your own Nespresso coffee in the very complete kitchenette or go iinstead to the little dining area where they also serve breakfast and make great coffee (capuccino or whatever.) Snacks and coffee available all day long.. The staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Luis was particularly helpful planning our visit to Porto. and coming to our room to personally answer all our questions. Caroline also very kind and helpful. Great massages! The hotel is new, modern, efficient and decorated in very good taste. A detail was umbrellas available at the door (It rained the whole time we were there).

A bit far out from city center in a residential neighborhood.

Clean modern well kitted out . Loved the little kitchen so I could prepare food myself rather than rely on take away food. The gym was small but has enough decent to allow you to train whilst traveling. Overall the hotel had a funky retro arty feel to it.

The door handles in kitchen units came off when you opened some of them.

Superb large room with very comfortable bed, kitchen facilities and good sized bathroom.Great secure underground parking, able to get BMW x5 into.We were greeted by an excellent member of staff ? Liuz on his first day, who showed us around the facilities and spent time explaining lots of different places to see and do in Porto, which was exceptionally helpful.It is approximately 15 mins walk to the casa de musica where we caught the metro into Porto itself.

Pool area was perfect. Rooms were perfect. Communal area was perfect. Cant fault this hotel. Staff were also amazing! Really nice pastry shop/cafe down the road and close distance to supermarket.

Really nice hotel, a little bit outside the city centre. It was very clean and staff was friendly. My partner really enjoyed the massage and the gym was extremely well equipped, I liked it a lot (probably biggest and best equipped hotel gym I ever had). They have a pool with some sun chairs, which is great to hang out after walking around in the city. Overall vibe is very nice, would recommend it to someone who is looking for a quiet place to visit the city. Walking downtown is roughly a 30min walk, though there are small eateries in 15min walking distance.

If I have to be very picky, the fragrance in the hallway was quite intense, though it seems like having fragrant things is a thing in Portugal or Porto - they are everywhere. Also, if someone wants to live in the hustle or bustle of downtown Porto, you might not be at the right place.

We had a great stay at Bfresh hotel! The staff was so helpful and lovely, the bedroom was perfect and fully equipped. Really nice gym and padel field and the swimmingpool area clean and nice! Perfect for couple that wants to take a session in the gym in the morning, go out exploring and chill at the pool.

We felt our bed little to hard but tha's just personal opinion.

Great hotel: clean and modern, great breakfast and helpful staff. The yard and pool are beautiful. If we stayed longer we'd have loved to enjoy but it was a bit too far to come back once we made our way into the heart of Porto.

Location was a bit out there; would have preferred something in walking distance to the Ribeira. Metro is about an 8 minute walk and ubers were easy to get an affordable so it worked out.

The airport transfer was very comfortable and safe. I enjoyed getting a guided tour upon arrival. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The meals were tasty and well presented. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful. The gym facilities were quite ample and well maintained. I really benefitted from the reasonably priced bike rentals. Overall, I'd really love to stay here again.Ohh did I forget to mention the cakes and refreshments available all day?

This is a new immaculate property with great amenities and a modern minimal style. We absolutely loved the pristine room with the great kitchenette features, lovely patio and plenty of closet storage. The workout room was fantastic as was the lounge and pool area. The staff was so friendly and so helpful with suggestions of what to do in Porto. If we ever return to Porto, we will be staying at this property!

The staff was truly amazing. They boosted my dead rental car battery and helped with recommendations to eat and places to visit. I can’t say enough about all the staff there.

The location was a hassle to find from the airport (because roads are confusing unless you have GPS) and it wasn’t within decent walking distance to the waterfront. However, there are some restaurants close by.

Absolutely loved this hotel. In a great location only 2km out of the main area (€5 in a taxi), with a fantastic restaurant, a supermarket and a brilliant bakery nearby. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and comfortable. It only has 17 bedrooms, so it has a real boutique feel. The spa therapist was lovely and the massages were expert. Loved the pool area, a very relaxing space. Breakfast was generous and prompt, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable, showers were good, blackout blinds were a game changer.

Really hard to think of anything negative, so if we are nitpicking, a couple of things in the room click on and off in the night, so the whirring may disturb light sleepers. I think it may have been the fridge, or possibly the aircon or an extractor fan. But this is super minor, and only noticeable as there are literally no other sounds from the road or the hotel in the night.

Nice hotel for a city trip. Only 7 euro for a taxi to the centre. Clean and a nice swimming pool

Super clean and fancy. Hidden gem, which you would‘nt expect from the outside. Beds super comf, great gym. The outside area is super nice!

Breaki service is super cute but a little pricey for what you get. It‘s enough food, but it wld be great if you cld choose what you like.

Good gym facilities. Good room facilities with coffee machine and full kitchen equipment.

An incredible stay at BFRESH. Staff were so friendly, hotel was the cleanest hotel I've ever seen, pool area was lovely, service was excellent. Me and my partner are vegan and paid for the breakfast and the staff did an amazing job at making sure we had enough option. There was bread, vegan butter, vegan yoghurt, fresh fruit, jams and spreads, smoothies, avocado on toast, vegan cheese and two dairy free milk options! Really impressed with the effort they put in once they found out we were vegan and want to say thank you! I would advise letting the hotel know in advance if you're vegan so they can prepare! The hotel is a little further away from the centre but if you don't mind walking then it's fine. You could also get the metro if you'd prefer. Took about 35 minutes to get to the centre by walking (majority downhill)

The only thing I could comment on is that the rooms are not soundproof. We could hear the next door neighbours having an argument one night and music from another room one evening (but they turned it off early)
