The staff and the breakfast were excelent

I didn't understand how, but the bathroom was cold a lot. Even with the air conditioner on, when the bathroom door was open it made the whole room cold.

It was clean

Very small room, the shower was broken and we had view over an abandoned building falling apart.

The area of the hotel was not posh but the hotel was! Spotlessly clean, very efficiently run with delighted and helpful staff.

The only added comfort I would have liked was to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Inexpensive. Quiet. Fantastic bathroom.

We arrived too early for check-in time, but we asked to park our car there while we went into Porto. They were pleased to accommodate us, and helped us to find the best way to get started with our sightseeing. The air conditioning worked great in our room, there was a nice balcony overlooking a flowered garden, the beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and fresh, and we enjoyed the breakfast. There were also shampoo and soap packets. Above all, every staff member was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and they all communicated well with us in English, as we have minimal skills in Portuguese.

We were totally satisfied with everything - parking onsite, wi-fi, and air conditioning were just as expected based on their listing.

It was all good and clean. Personal were really kind and supportive. And price was pretty good. Next time when i'm in Porto- definetly this hotel. Thank you :)

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the guy at the reception desk. I had problems with my mobile phone and - since I had to print my boarding passes - he offered me his charger to try to bring my phone back to life!

The gentleman at reception was very accommodating. Hotel room was nice and clean. Mini bar had all kind of different drinks, that was stock up every time room was cleaned. Breakfast was simple and had enough different choices. Was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel after check out, due to flight being only at night time

Small, clean, tidy, amazing and very helpful staff!!!

There is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage. Girl from reception helped me. While i was opening room she brought up 2 my bug luggages

The hotel is quite nice, the receptionists were very nice specially Nuno. The room was clean, had a mini bar which I was not expecting, the mattress was confortable and I could not hear any noise.

There should be a soap rack or soap dish in the shower cabin.

Clean and simple

It is a bare minimalistic facility. Clean and simple. No body cream, very low shower pressure, not enough heated water. Breakfast could be better. But it is only $5.

Selected this hotel due to proximity of the ProRacket squash/padel club, which is an easy 8 mins walk, as I was participating in a masters squash tournament there. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was within a 10-12 minute taxi ride to the city centre, around 5-6 euros. Download and use the "Bolt" app on your phone ... basically same as Uber, service was excellent and value for money. Churrasqueria Amial, 5 mins down the road is a must go to restaurant.

Room was damp on arrival and improved with our occupation.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable but still ok. Needed to close the window for sleep because of the noise.

The staff is amazing, including the two guys and the girl who helped us. Unfortunately, the owner or manager is nowhere to be found when there's an issue, like when the A/C stopped working. No solution, no fixing it, no changing of room. Just sleep hot and deal with it. Everything was perfect up until that point. Sad.

No solution to a common problem in Hotels

They were making the room every day. Hairdryer in the bathroom, nice towels. Nice TV and overall good bathroom. Super cheap!

Only shampoo and soap available. The carpet floor and the walls not very clean.

Hotel is quite a way from the centre of town, but good value because of that.

Room was super clean, even bathroom and towels smell really good.The staff were friendly specially Dario.

Location wasn't central but there is a bus near the hotel(1 min).
