Very clean and central pictures are true to website
The property was excellent in all ways. We would stay there again if in Porto. I wish we could have stayed longer! In addition to being a great facility, Joann at the reception desk was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The apartment and building are very secure and seemingly in a safe convenient area. Lots of shops and groceries in walking distance, as well as restaurants and cafes.
nothing!
Wonderful staff. Great design. Very comfortable.
Bathrooms were small but efficient. Perfect for one, but not a lot of space for two.
Spacious, quiet, comfortable, perfectly located
Dry clean and accessible to the main attractions.
Temperature control in the room was difficult to control.
Room was nice and roomy, garden, windows, location
No new towels provided, toilet paper
Great staff, comfortable unit, excellent location.
The location is very good and the staff also. The room was very cosy and clean.
What a great place to stay in Porto. Location was perfect. The apartment was so lovely and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped
very central location in Porto; right near a major parking garage and supermarket; very helpful host; elevator; small fridge and kitchen; comfortable bed and good shower (water did not splash everywhere)
central Porto prices are much higher than in smaller towns of Portugal
The apartment was excellent, very well located, spotless, and offered a very safe taxi service to the airport. It’s right by the Douro River and surrounded by cafés and restaurants. The receptionist was extremely friendly. I absolutely loved my stay!
Very walkable location to many attractions . Staff made wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities. The room was lovely, clean and bed very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs has live entertainment in the evenings; you could listen to the entertainment with the window open and upon closing, you could no longer hear it.
It was very spacious and quiet, location was great for walking through the city
The location was amazing: at the center of the old city and very easy to walk anywhere.
The facilities inside the apartment were poor: coffee machine not working, no paper towels, small space for 1-bedroom apartment.
Amazing location. Kind and helpful staff. Restaurant next door delicious.
