Location (close to university and to a food court).
The Internet is miserable. Very slow (at least in my room). The elevator to the mall was out of order the whole duration of my stay so I assume it is out for a while. Finding the way via stairs is not so easy and not good if you have luggage.
Large and free parking, next to the metro. The size of the room was ok. The sheets and towels were clean.
The air condition didn't work in room 216, there were 28C after venting at maximum all night. Also very noisy. The window opens just a bit, so we couldn't cool the room We announced at the reception the next morning, they said they would repair or move us. They moved us to room 215. The air condition worked here, but there was mould in the bathroom, the room hadn't been vacuumed in a while, the armchair and the carpet were stained.The room has no minibar.Next time I visit Porto, I will definitely choose another hotel, cheaper, with minibar and proper air condition.
The location is perfect. It was a bit tricky to reach for the first time, but afterwards, it's just perfect. There is a shopping mall also under the hotel.
Close to tram station, quiet
Very dated ibis hotel. Pictures definitely covered the outdated feel of the rooms. Carpets, towels all worn out. Changed room due to mold looking areas around window and bathroom.
The hotel is near the metro station and taxi station.
The Wi-Fi was not working. I could not open even a light webpage using the hotel Wi-Fi.

The elevator connecting the mall with the hotel didn't work. There are no electrical outlets next to the bed. Some mold in the bathroom
Reception 24/7Good breakfast (extra but then you decide when to have it).The price was very competitive. The hotel is on top of a a little shopping mall and fhe metro stop is very close.
Although it is far from all the tourist action it was easily accessible by metro and the mall is right there.
The entrance to the hotel is not well known to taxis and Bolt. Elevators from the malls to the hotel floor were out of order. Very inconvenient to reach with luggage.

Some lack of cleaning
The room was comfortable. It had a desk and nice closet. The breakfast was great with lots of choices and was offered until late morning. Below the hotel was a shopping area and food court. We were able to do laundry in the mall below. The tram stop was beside the hotel, so it was convenient to get into Porto without driving a car downtown.
Getting to the hotel was a bit confusing because it is beside a hospital. The rooms could be deep cleaned and updated. The shower "wall" does not stop water from splashing onto the floor.

The room is very old and basic. I ordered the premium option for a sofa like it showed in the pics but I got a small couch.

Great location with easy access to metro. Good choice of food. Outlets .Have used this hotel several times and will choose it again.
The industrial noise starting at 5:40 AM, which sounded like coming from the Commercial Centre located under the facility. There were nothing detectable at the corridors or outside of the building.
Excellent hotel location, friendly staff ready to provide any help and advice. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Location was super central with the subway station just outside the property. Breakfast was small but delicious.
Rooms were a little cramped, especially since we had a triple room. But for the price you pay, it was totally worth it!

João General Hospital (external consultations). After 24:00, access to the hotel is via a public park (Bragaparques) which has an elevator with a direct connection to the hotel. The cost of this park is 4.5 EUR per 24 hours, paid and validated at the front desk. Please note that a credit card valid on the date of check-in should be provided to guarantee the reservation. Please note that pets are not allowed during the dog shows or contests.
