coffee was terrible. It was noisy. Old and outdated.

The pillows, bed are extremely comfortable. The location is amazing and is very quite. The staff very welcoming.

The drainage from the bathroom had a unpleasant smell.

Housekeeping didn’t seem to do anything about the ants in my room and one day when I had the card that clearly said clean hanging outside my door, they still ignored me

Excellent breakfast, with many options to choose from. Variety of breads, cereals and fruits. Hot coffee, tea and juice.

Location is perfect for real Porto feeling. Next to a big square where real Porto cafes, pastry shops and restaurant

The staff/ Manager at the reception are very professional and speak great English. Also the staff at the restaurant are kind and helpful. Perfect location, away from, the busy traffic. pharmacy very nearby and also some nice small restaurants and McDonalds was very nearby.

All reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our initial room was a bit on the small side but we were kindly upgraded to a bigger room the next day. Also very accommodating in providing tea and coffee after a late night. Breakfast is very good. Location is good, there is a nice restaurant around the corner and a supermarket across the road. Also very near Porto football stadium.

There is no tea/coffee making availability in the room, and no room service.

Breakfast and some furniture were seemingly old or damaged visually.

The location is great for getting into central Porto with 2 metro stations nearby within a 10 min walk. The staff were helpful at check in and throughout my stay there
