Very receptive and attentive staff, very good location, 24h concierge, good shower.

relatively far away parking, bad for rainy days as was our case, It needs basic maintenance in the room and improves lighting.

Nothing about the place was good besides the location itself. Nothing.

Everything besides the location was appalling, with an extremely high price.EVERYTHING was from the previous century, AC turned into a literal waterfall - dumping tons of water regularly -, a mistake was made with my room so I got the wrong one, bath tub didn't fit a toddler, smelled old, TV was old, not smart and didn't work properly on top of all of that.On top of it, I was scammed. Bought a room with a hottub and only after getting to the property I was informed that hottubs didn't exist at all in this hotel. Stop lying to people.When I tried to get some sort of solution for this and for the mistake with the room I was treated extremely poorly even though I stayed calm and patient. I was handed a list of excuses and 0 solutions, 0 compensation. After trying with the customer service I'm still waiting because I'm being ignored.This is a scam, a smash and grab of your money.I've travelled a lot in my life and never had an experience close to this.DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was great, easy walking distance to most sites around Porto.

The breakfast could have been a little better.

It is an oldschool hotel with vintage vibes, and we liked it. Rooms are clean and maids tidy them every day. There were vintage wooden furniture that made the place feel authentic, but on the other hand, there were also worn-out stuff like chipped mirror, broken window blinds, etc. If youre looking for new and modern, this is not the correct place. Breakfast was modest, but really enough (bread, ham, cheese, yougurt, fruits, cereals). The only thing I didn't like that we didn't have enough toilet paper, maids never put a full roll ☹️

Disappointing breakfast (nothing like advertised), the parking is not part of the property (rather, there is a deal with a parking facility close by), the toilet had no brush, the tub was small and narrow, the AC didn’t work right, the bathroom was narrow…very narrow

The best was the location, the price, lovely staff clean and light... Highly recommend thank you guys

Room was nice and faced garden.

No staff at desk ever.

Good size room. Cleaned every day. Very good internet. Bed comfortable.

Could get a little cold, but there was a heating control. Plugs loose and therefore electrical equipment did not always charge. Location a little awkward, with a walk to public transport always needed.

There were no plugs in the wash basin or bath. The bath was tiny and rusty, the sink and bath didn't drain properly. The window shutter was broken.

Very bad, with no good facility. I do not know how they got good rating. Do not ever go to that hotel.

AC didn’t worked, bad blankets. I got itchy body after using it. Bad bathrooms which did not had any slippers, and the rooms were dusty as well. So I did not liked anything about that place.

The check-in and the checkout. I paid online and during the check-in. They made me paid twice without refund during the checkout.

Very good location to approach down town. Near to Lupa metro station. Restaurants are 10 minutes walking distance. Kettle in the room.

Small room with bathroom.

The location is super, around 10 minutes walking distance will reach the Porto old city mall. The room is also very spacious and clean, the staff very polite and friendly.

The toilet is just a bit small and the kettle didn't automatically cut off the power when water boil.

The location of Hotel Mira D`Aire were very good. It was not to long of a walk into the center of Porto. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Hot water.

The bathroom was very small, and the toilet was right beside the wall and sink in front of you. The shower/bath tub was very high to get into. Not disabled friendly to get into it. Had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper as it wasn't replaced. When it rains, water comes in, and I slipped on it. The wall was full of mould. Cobwebs in about 3 places in the room.

Staff saw our heavy bags and changed our room to a lower floor.

Not a very convenient location due to almost no parking to check in. Parking $15/ night a half block away, narrow streets with much traffic.

Easy to find & a nice building

Smallish room,small window so a bit dark in daytime
