The room was really comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.

There was a construction next door. This was not informed until the cancellation was no longer an option.

Place is as described. Room a little small.But absolutely huge balcony and nice view.

Cool lighting. Elevator !

Room needed a little maintenance. The room was much smaller than it looked or than we expected and there were several broken items on the wall/decor, and the cord to turn on the lamp didn’t work, and there was a missing light by the bed, and the shower leaked onto the floor, even with the doors shut tightly. Everything else was good.

Very comfortable, spacious, modern.

Stairs, no elevator and with kids and bags… no fun at all.

location was close to the Metro, which was good

not enough outlets, several lights did not work.

Service from Diogo was incredible. During our stay we experienced the power outage and had no way of finding or buying food. Diogo helped us out and organized a meal for us during all the chaos in the city. He also helped us make arrangements to arrive at the airport and even offered that he would drive us himself if the network isn't restored. absolute legend of a host and gentlemen.

nothing that the host could control. the power was off in the entire Portugal and Spain. We still had a great holiday.

It is very clean and we loved the decorations. It would be good to have a cutlery set and some coffee capsules. It is within 20 minutes walking distance to the centre.

The property was modern, clean, stylish and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hospitality was first class, from before our arrival to our departure, the staff were in contact to make sure we had all the information we need to make our stay as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property - I can’t fault our stay.

Location close to metro, room and hotel felt secure - towels regularly changed. Room decor was quite nice.

No cups in room, just saucers. I did ask for some but they never materialised and there was only someone on reception till 16.00. Room was freezing too with no way to control temperature. Shower needed a good scrub.

The location it’s good and the hotel as so much potential to be great.

The elevator need some cleaning and have some problems, so we had to use the stairs several times to the 4 floor. The worse was checking out having come down with the luggage all that floorsThe toilet seat in the room was broken and even after calling their attention wasn’t fix or something was made to compensate the fact that we couldn’t seat there.The shower gel was empty when we arrived and two days after still the same, I had to say something. At one point o had to used the elevator but I couldn’t because the cleaning staff had it block with vacuum cleaner on one of the floors… they need to have more attention to what they are doing.

The fact that at 8 in the morning the terrible construction noise woke us and we didn't expect that.

Breakfast: no idea. Property: pretty cool. great deco and amenities. Bed was veeeeery nice, as well as the room.

Elevator sadly didn't work for that day. My feelings got hurt climbing up those stairs. :( No idea about parking nearby?

The concept was very nice but the hotel is a bit outdated. Needs some tidying up.

The shower situation caught us off guard. (Situated in balcony)

Very kind employees, clean and good location of the hotel. Appreciated the fact that I could receive a breakfast to go for my early departure at the airport.

Mediocre hotel with very basic breakfast with street noise.

The bathroom was dirty (there were chunks of grime stuck to the bottom of the shower door) and even when I mentioned it they didn’t clean it.

Near to the metro and had very comfortable pillows. Was able to store my luggage as I was too early for check-in

The rooms need to be updated, curtains had been pulled off at the ends, shower had paint coming off, scuff marks and holes needed refilling from where they had removed some old showerhead. Would have been nice back in the day, but now there are many snags that need to be fixed by the maintenance team.Recent reviews were accurate, although breakfast has been updated to continental breakfast downstairs, which was OK seeing it was included in the price. Breakfast is not available till 8am so if you have any day trips planned etc you will miss out as most pickups are from 8am.

Good location. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very modern exterior. Comfortable shower. Filtered water and mini-fridge. It was good for a short stay (three nights or fewer).

Room and bed were quite small. Some of the lamps did not work. Street below was quite noisy (but that comes with the central location). The breakfast room was rather crammed, too.

The only good thing about this, so called, “hotel” was the exterior.

First of all this property should not be called “a hotel”, as there was no receptionist at all time. The room was minimalistic- two people can’t stay there without bumping into each other all the time. There was no space for the suitcases. The carpets throughout the whole room were moist and not comfortable to walk bear foot. The bathroom was also very small and on top not clean. The towels supplied were wet. The maids did not change our towels we put on the floor. As part of the facilities was a TV (not smart) without remote control. It took them 2 days and 3 reminders to bring one. After I sent them an e-mail about the towels and the remote they lied that we had the “Do not disturb” sign on the door and they did not want to disturb us during the day (I wonder how they made the bed in such circumstances ?). The breakfast was cold. The property is half an hour walking to the town center.
