The hotel far exceeded my expectations from the first impression of the deecor to the overall facilities. All was very good, including the restaurant.

The reception desk could have been a little friendlier but maybe it was just that dayt

It was cold and stormy outside, and yet It was the calmest most comfortable time and experience within the hotel. The kindest staff ready to answer all questions and making sure that everything was to our liking. The room was impecable, clean and ready for our visit.With a storm brewing outside, heavy rain and strong winds, the best place to be was in the inside pool enjoying the spa. The perfect moment to wind down and relax.

Well just one thing, not a dislike per se, but be mindfull of the bar prices. Its understandable considering the high quality of the menu offer provided, but down the street we can have similar with a lower price entry point.

My experience was good overall. The facilities were good. The gym is small, but it is perfect and functional for daily workouts. The room was very clean and while small, it’s nice for a visit to Porto. ;)

I didn’t like the area close to the hotel, and the fact that it didn’t have many views. There appear to be many abandoned spaces near the hotel, which is not good as a solo traveler.

I enjoyed my stay. Felt like I was at a five star hotel. The room was extremely clean. The staff were sweet and accommodating. I also love the location of the hotel. It’s in a quiet area, but a five minute or less walk to almost anywhere you want to go. Prime location!!!

Everything was great

The room quality was incredible: modern, super clean, and organized. The food quality was also good, although, in my opinion, there weren't many options. The water temperature was good, and the pool area was very cozy.The hotel has an excellent location: very close to Bolhão, Rua Santa Catarina, metro station... you can walk to all these places and other points of interest, as well as supermarkets, shops, a shopping mall, and more.

The initial communication was confused. They cancelled my payment through booking.com and then sent me a link to pay using their own platform.They only had few options for the dinner half-board menu, and also breakfast didn't have too many options.

Room, pool, service

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, pleasant service, nice pool, convenient hotel parking . City center and the Market is in walking distance. The hotel is a great choice to spend several days and enjoy Porto

Sauna in Spa works not great, but the pool is great and we enjoyed late swim that helped us to get rid of the fatigue after a day full of touring Porto

Everything! The location is very central, but on a quiet street, so, no noise at night. Breakfast is superb, bed was very comfortable, staff is very attentive - we really could not have asked for more!

Beautiful facility at a great location, and the staff were very nice and friendly. We had two connecting rooms and it was very easy to manage.

The space available around the pool was very limited.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. We liked the pool and sauna. The gym is adequate. The breakfast was superb (I haven’t had fresh juice in a while, the juice alone was worth for the breakfast). The garden was very relaxing (I met 2 lovely cats there).

The shower floor was very slippery. Use the mat provided if needed.

Our best hotel in Porto! Rooms are large, beautifully appointed and very clean. We took a suite that included breakfast and it was suiting for pretty much everybody’s taste. It is well located, just very slightly off the beaten path which is welcomed if you want quiet. However, one street corner away and it gets very busy and it’s still centrally located. It’s a return for us!

Posh. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was great and accommodating. Beds were amazing. Hairdryer was great.

Swimming pool was lovely really enjoyed it. Location excellent. Food at the restaurant and breakfast was also really good.

When we went to enter the restaurant the waiter got annoyed with us as we went to sit at a table. He apologised but it already put us in bad mood.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and firm. The room was spacious. The staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The pool and sauna was really nice giving you a nice spa feel. The location was great. There were stores, a shopping center, and restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. We walked every where even to the riverfront but we’re walkers. Comfortable shoes are essential . We didn’t use any public transportation, other than bolt to the train station to go to Lisbon. When we come back, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

The bathroom need a lock on the door. It just slide close so not much privacy

Very nice hotel with exceptionally customer focused and friendly employees, great central location - walking distance to the main streets of the city. The room was excellent - quiet, spacey and clean. We loved the overall size of the hotel - not too large (3 floors only), but with all needed facilities.

nothing comes to mind

It may seem silly, but a huge bonus was having the elevator go from the parking garage up to the room. Many places have separate elevators. It was very convenient. Parking garage fee is very reasonable for Porto €17.

Not a thing. (Just note you only get 1 Nespresso pod per day, but there is a grocery next door to stock up).

Te hotel close to everything but still quiet. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, I’ve forgotten names!Loved the pool and sauna and a well equipped gym. We had a lot of rain so it was perfect to be able to swim and have saunas and read by the pool. So relaxing.We also loved the restaurant, the staff made it even better. Great recommendations for wine and food and exceptional service by Claudio and Antonio. A great stay.

Not particularly helpful in allowing us to have anything not purchased in the hotel in our room.

Location but it depends where you want to be based. Its close to the main market and metro but quite a walk down to the river

New boutique hotel designed to a very high standard. Very close to the center. Great staff. Indoor and heated pool. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. And even convenient parking.

The room was not large. It was missing a closet.
