Great value; Nice staff and clean room

Location

Small shower with curtain that was really bad!!! And no space for bags or clothes!!

The location, clear instructions, and even the beds were small they were comfortable.

The door didn’t close well so you needed to be strong and make sure the door was close every time we left the room.

The location is best as its central to all the main attractions in the city.

I paid for two rooms and code to unlock one of the room didn't work and there was no one to help. I sent email, contacted them through WhatsApp but no resolution. Next morning, I only got the answer that they have checked the situation and they are sorry. Thats it. No refund not compensation for their mistake and the trouble I had the whole night. From 9:00 PM till 12:30AM, no one was there to help out or provide any solution.

It was 5mins away from the shopping street.The beds were comfortable and the toilet size was bigger than most of other small scale hotels I have stayed.They had an espresso machine on the ground level.

The street felt empty after dark.The shower was small and made it difficult to take a bath. Their were only 2 hooks to hang the clothes and a small table and a chair.I felt i needed more space to keep my stuff.I was there during weekend so I felt the prices were high as compared to the weekdays.

The view was nice , it was clean. Location was good

There was no way to open the windows, thank god there was an AC. The noise outside was heard very well that made me feel a bit not safe.

The room wasn’t clean, especially bathroom. Even the ceiling was dirty.The window is locked (this fact was never mentioned)Alarm turned on at night for no reason and nobody came to fix it. It was too loud, I messaged the support of this hotel but instead of doing something or check it at least, they asked me for my name, room, email etc. This was the room for 2 guests but we had just one chair and table location that doesn’t allowed you to put the second one. Should we use the table in some order?

Great stay! Easy to enter. Really nice bed. Nice location - it’s really near of metro station and important places.

It was clean and comfortable and offered what the photos showed. It was a decent location and about 5-10min walk to the main areas of Porto.

The coffee table was weak and could use improvement and cleaning and additional toiletries (shampoo) would be nice to have.

Room was clean and okay. Location was good.

Check-in was terrible because I had a really hard time getting the code. The app said the code was available and while my friend and I tried to reach someone via their site and through WhatsApp, it took almost an hour to get into the room. Then they gave my room code (the quiet room I requested) to my friend and it took even longer for me to get a code for the second room I booked. I booked the rooms so it was REALLY frustrating. My bed was too soft versus the nice firm bed in my friend’s room. There were no cups/drinking glasses in the room which seemed really odd.

The location was great, only a 10min walk to get to Cathedral or main Shopping stripOnce all the information was provided to the company that was required for the on line check in they provided a pin number that allowed us access to enter the building and our room. Went very smoothly.Tip: Have breakfast at a local cafe rather than a cafe that is Instagram popular, cheaper!

Good location and had AC.

Pictures did not look like the hotel I booked. Bathroom was tiny and old, did not look spacious like the one I had booked. The bathroom has a really nasty smell to it every time you open the door and I can’t figure out what it is. It made the stay unpleasant. Outside gets kind of loud at night and walls are thin as you can hear people from the elevators and next door room.

Felt very secure for solo female traveler. Keyless entry was great. Higher floor was very quiet. Air conditioner worked well. Very clean. Excellent location with plenty of food options and shopping nearby plus good location to the train station.

If there had been two people in this twin room there was only one chair and no shelves to place extra clothing items, just a small clothes rod to hang a few items. Not a problem for me as a solo traveler though.

My Stay Experience

Very difficult to check in thru internet. Room very small & windows facing street. It was very noisy through the night, could not sleep.
