Beautiful room, great breakfast and nice staff

A but if a walk to the tourist part of town

I like The Portuguese tile's the use it everywhere and also the X-mas decorations was fabulous , also quite environment but still close to line 6 metro and even at walking distance from the big metro intersection station

the people who life around the hotel need some subsidies and motivation to clean and decorate there backyard and terrasses, it would be more joyful for the eyes when you look out off the window away from the Hotel

The food and drinks at the hotel were very good! My room was very clean too! I wish I could have explored the area more though.

When I first arrived, the front desk told me that I could wait at the bar for my room to be ready, but the bar was not open when it was supposed to be open because there was no bartender there.

Bed was exceptionally comfortable Room very clean ,good to have tea/coffee making facilities in our room Buffet breakfast offered lots of choice and was very tasty Staff very nice and very helpful

The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Something for everyone and plentiful.

We were on the street side and auto noise was a bit loud. The hotel is away from the center but to be honest no more than a 25 minute walk gently downhill yet also close to a Metro station if walking is an issue.

If I'm honest I liked almost everything. Room, staff, location, with the breakfast being the highlight.

The floor in the bedroom had some weird dried muck when I arrived. Reported it to the Reception and they immediatelly sent a cleaning Lady.

Clean and nice balcony, breakfast ok. I payed 10 euro per 24 hours for garage under the hotel. It was plenty of space in this season and really nice. Lift directly from garage up to hotel. 10 min walking to metro.

Only problem was the flushing toilet has to be pushed again to stop.

Great space, very clean and incredible staff

It was all very good. There was a great selection of good and drinks at breakfast. The staff were very accommodating, kind and helpful. The room was large, had a good bathroom and a comfortable bed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

No coffee in room but there was tea and Nescafé sachets with sugar in! Ridiculous!

All staff where very polite and helpful, good choice of breakfast and good service. Parking was a great plus as it’s difficult around that area. Well worth the price they charge per night. Cristal garden was a plus for the before dinner drinks, very pleasantly set out and good value for money.

Shower leaked all over the floor in bathroom and could have done with a Deep clean. Same with the balcony furniture.

Very nice staff, good location (the river is 30 minutes walk). Very clean, spacious room (405) with a big terrace.The breakfast was excellent.My husband got a very nice birthday cake as a surprice, which was an absolutely lovely gesture from the staff☺️

Everything was beautiful at the hotel I really cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our stay the food the staff were lovely our room was so clean

Nice staff

Empty Minibar, orribile terrace view, sun directly on window for all the day. Not enough products for toilet, ruined sofa, ruined floor. Little warm also with air conditioning. One key, air-conditioning not working without the key. Not coming again, price/quality not as same level.

Exceptionally clean, good quality food, rich breakfast, but most of all amazing staff, very helpful, welcoming and truly going the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable.

Just about everything: breakfast excellent; restaurant and bar both great (and restaurant was very good value, food beautifully presented); staff very helpful and pleasant - especially Luisa Gaio in the restaurant and the head barman (whose name I missed). Room was quiet and bed very comfortable. Nice to have a fridge. Bathroom

Immediate surroundings not that special although quite close to metro stations. Some instant coffee and milk with it in the room would have been nice. But these were minor issues compared to the all the good things

Our room was comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom, it looks like the hotel was recently renewed. The location is quiet. The breakfast buffet is varied and generous.

The double bed is 1,40m only. The hotel is a bit further away from the city center than we thought. The hotel's restaurant is very good but they made a mistake twice in my order.
