Neya Porto Hotel

Convention location. Good view of Douro and Giai. Ample variety for breakfast. Great shower and lots of hot water.

The first room we went was a bit dirty. But we were changed quickly.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and we were absolutely amazed with the service, food, location and helpfulness of the staff. This is one of our best experiences in Portugal!

Only issue is the usb chargers in the room don¿t work properly, so if you want to charge your phone, you need to have a plus that fits Portugal style outlet.

This hotel was so nice, breakfast buffet was incredible and location was so beautiful! Right next to the river, you can¿t beat the price for what you get.

The only thing I can think of was our shower was a bit odd because it was open to the rest of the bathroom so a few times we ended up basically flooding our bathroom. Otherwise I have no complaints!

Super nice hotel, and the personal was always nice and friendly. We loved our room, that it was quiet, comfortable and it had blackouts to sleep well. We were also very happy for the brunch!

We noticed that the floor was still dirty after the cleaning, so we would just suggest to check that :)And eventhough the location had very beautiful views, to reach most places you have to go up the hills

Great location, the hotel is modern, rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. I can recommend it and am happy to stay there again!

The breakfast on Saturday morning can be busy, so I was asked to wait as there was no available table. And once I got in, it was obvious that it overwhelmed the staff, as many options were missing (like eggs, bacon, bread...) and it took them some minutes to refill everything.

Very nice rooms with a good view over the river. Staff were all fantastic. Good range of food for breakfast. Bar and restaurant food and cocktails (drinks) were fab.

The room was great, spacious, very clean, and with a beautiful view over the river. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony right by the river was a lovely bonus.Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Gabriel and his colleagues showed us the food on the first day and kindly escorted us to our table. We also had dinner there: it was quiet, very pleasant, and the food was delicious.

There was nothing we particularly disliked. If we had to mention something, it would be that the spa was not open on Sunday, but overall everything was great.

Properly space inside the room. Good beds. Nice view to the river.

Although the hotel looked new, the room had a strange smell (of sweat). The carpet was dirty.

The hotel has is amazingly located by the river with a marvelous view. It's quite close to the center and the room was impeccable and the staff really warm and welcoming.

The entrance to the parking is quite tricky since it's narrow and requires to cross the tram line with little visibility when getting out of the parking garage.

The Garage is very difficult to access. The Treadmill in the gym was not working.

Everything was great. The room (with a river view) and beds were lovely and comfortable. The choice at breakfast was exceptional. Short 15 minute walk to some lovely restaurants and the river area. Hotel staff were lovely and really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, spacious rooms with beautiful views (we had a suite), very friendly staff and overall ambience in hotel is amazing!Taking 1 point down only because of breakfast, that was very average and coffee is bad. But hotel still deserves 9 points. We had a great stay!

Clean, good breakfast, gym available, polite staff. Pastel de nata and hand written card was a nice touch to feel welcomed.

The hotel has a nice view, but to go to the main spots in the city you have a very steep walk. The public transport is really bad, even if there are stops closeby, it is a roulette.
