Carmelia Haven Resort

Excellent location in the middle of a cardamom plantation. The food was exceptional , quality amazing and fresh and they were always happy and accomodating to make it better for you based on suggestions. The staff were super friendly and always went the extra mile to make your time better. Would always love to stay with them again

The rooms are a little outdated and could use some upkeep, WiFi is not the best but these are just small drawbacks. Overall the place is a heaven to stay at

This is the second time I stayed with them. First time was 9 years ago. The property is so beautiful that you will love your stay with the kid and you will not get bored even if you’re not going outside of this property.

Everything was perfectly alright. Nice staffs,great breakfast and especially great atmosphere and ambience of the resort.

The location is amazing in a lush cardamom plantation. The hotel is like a park and very few rooms at the same time, so a lot of privacy. Staff were very nice as well and the food was excellent

Wifi was very slow signal and only in the rooms. Rooms also need some refurbishment

The need to add temperature controlled pools (atleast for the private pool villa) because it's a total waste booking that room otherwise.

The resort was very good, great location, hospitality

The billing was not as per Booking.com site. I had to pay extra 3845 extra as taxes, no proper billing receipt provided..

Breakfast was good. The place was scenic.

Room Service wasn't up to the mark.

The food was exceptional also the staff in the restaurant wing were extremely good and well mannered. They were also kind enough to arrange a birthday cake during an odd hour.

The booking confirmation from booking.com said it was a Jacuzzi villa but the reception staff was unwelcoming stating that the amt paid is for plantation villa, we wouldn't have hesitated to pay more if the matter was conveyed in a decent manner ... the entire property had only two family including mine, the jacuzzi provided had no hot water facility, I wonder how did all the four villas jacuzzi have faulty heating system.The common pool was wasn't maintained, spotted a live snake and 2 frogs swimming in there, didn't have facilities of pool towel either.

This resort was ACTUALLY nice. the location was amazing and rooms were clean. Friendly and helping staff 24*7.

The staff were so lovely and the tree houses were so special. A very special property.
