Very friendly personnel, super clean and bright room, exceptional view over the sea and a great breakfast. One of the best hotels we ever visited in Italy!

I read about the area Castellebate by chance but decided to break our trip to Calabria to visit. It thought il Cefalo was just at the bottom of the town but it was a little way along the coast. Best mistake I ever made. The hotel was great, position fantastic and the food was top class!

Amazing staff, delicious breakfast with fresh paistries & coffee. Location and facilities extremely nice! Parking included as well

Everything. I can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff. The owners went above and beyond. They felt like family, well they were even kind enough to look into our family history in the area. The food was the best I had on the trip and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were the cleanest I’ve stayed in and had beautiful terraces overlooking the water with wonderful lounge chairs. I only hope I will be lucky enough to return some day.

The staff.We arrived at 5pm and we asked if it was possible to have a sunbed and they charged us 20 euros but they said that we could use it the day after as well.In the morning after breakfast we went to pay the tourist taxes and at the reception they told us that we had to pay another 30 euros to use the sunbed. This is such a lack or respect to change your word.The lifeguard is very arrogant and is trying to sell you the kayaks package.He tried to make us move further away from the sea with some stupid excuses in order to sell our space to some other tourist but we kindly said no!!!!!!!this was insulting!!We had the feeling they just wanted our money. We did not feel like this in a long time, and we will never go back.Not recommend at all!!!!!

Very nice room , private beach and parking , excellent restaurant, a few hundred meters away from the nature reserve of Punta Licosa.The perfect mix to rest and enjoy this wonderful region.

Very nice hotel with awesome sea, super clean water, comfy beach right in front of the hotel. Delicious breakfast that includes variety of sweet and salty options. Great coffee and cakes for breakfast.

Great location, very helpful and kind staff. The breakfast was exceptional - a mix of American, Israeli, and Italian :-) = you can choose from a la carte menu, and - it is included in the room price.The restaurant is very good and flexible.We enjoyed every minute and it was a great finale to a great vacation in south Italy.

perfect small scale accomodation in a tranquile bay where mass tourism has not found its way.directly at/on the beach, you can hear the waves and even see the sea depending on the room you have reserved. we had sea side view with a big balcony with relaxing chairs.the room was huge, modern and spotclean.the staff very friendly and helpful.breakfast was very good with lots to choose from.highly recommended!

we should have stayed longer, but the sun was shining and our bicycles were calling ;-)

Beautiful location with a nice beach. The very good breakfast on the terrace with sea view was fantastic. The restaurant was top with a huge choice of fish dishes . Absolutely nice.
