Pros +
- The rooms were large and bathroom was large as well
- Close to everything
- Despite the name including “hostel,” it is actually a hotel with some shared rooms available. It was very convenient that the receptionists were always available and helpful. The location is convenient; although it’s at the edge of the central area, it is still within walking distance of the main train station and bus terminal. The facility was very clean, though a bit dated. They allow luggage storage after check-out at no extra charge (I’m not sure about before check-in, as I didn’t use it, but I believe it’s available). I also tried their spa (sauna, hot tub, Turkish bath, etc.) for €25 (€35 for weekends), and it was a great experience—especially on a cold winter day!
Cons -
- Not sure if it was the sheets or tje window with no screen, but I have never experienced so many bug bites when staying at a hotel. The amenities said pool and sauna but there was an extra charge.
- The staff could be a little more friendly
- The breakfast was the same every single day, no variety. The shower was large but no where to put soap or shampoo, just a large box. I had paid for the spa for our room. I wasn’t told you had to set it up in advance then with being out all day, once I knew it just didn’t work out to go so a waste of money.

Check in was easy. Breakfast had lots of variety and was great. Loved the big hallways and hotel was quiet.
It was walking distance from the historical part of Sorrento which was nice. The breakfast was was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower head was amazing, great water pressure. The front desk set up a driver for an excursion and a shuttle to Naples which was better than taking the small train.

Location and room was clean
Breakfast was underwhelmingEggs and bread were rubberCoffee was fineWater tasted reused from tap water in bottle
Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location. Spacious room and bathroom.
No complaints!
it is located at the end of the main tourist street.
there is no view from the rooms. it is located low down under a parking lot and faces toward the cliffs.
The location and price are hard to beat. It is also a great way to meet other solo travelers.
Dorms are a bit cramped if you’re used to hotel rooms.
The staff was great and they spoke spanish. The location was good as well close to the center. They changed towels and give you shampoo.
The bathroom wasn’t the best, the shower wasn’t working 100% properly. (Shared room). The lookers were a bit tiny and they sound a lot so other people wake up when someone tries to open it.I paid almost $100 (usd) per night in a shared room, that’s super expensive, but it’s Sorrento!
Our travel group was 4 women, we stayed in 2 connected rooms with 2 full baths. This is absolutely a HOTEL experience, with the hostel like living quarters separate. A large teenage school group stayed in the downstairs hostel location during our stay and we never heard them or were bothered. The rooms was comfortable, quiet, private, and clean. The location of this is PHENOMENAL, close to a great public and private beach. Extremely easy access to everything in Sorrento. The front staff were AMAZING, so helpful with booking tours, dinner reservations, and recommendations for everything. Shout out to Francesca as she was such an amazing help with our entire trip and gave us great locations for gluten free food! We booked all of our day trips through the hotel directly and regret nothing, everything was so easy and well coordinated, not to mention transport picked us up at the door! Oh, and breakfast was THE best, endless options, the largest buffet I have ever seen and runs for 3 entire hours. We will be going back someday!
Great location at the end of the main shopping street. It has a spa as well. Nice room and quiet. A great Buffett breakfast as well.
Staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean everyday and the breakfast was amazing! Location is also great
The location was nice.
The lights in the room didn't work and the air conditioning was dripping into the room throughout the whole night creating a puddle that soaked my belongings.
Close to the city centre
The room I get was under the restaurant and every night and every morning was a lot of noise from the restaurant . The chairs from the above us, from the restaurant were moving on the ground and it was a lot of noise because of this. The parking is not free, I had to pay 25€ per day and also for the swimming pool is a 10€ per person tax of entrance. For the value we pay for the rooms weren’t in a good condition. The bathroom was dirty, hair on the floor and in the shower cabin.
Location is great
The room is not properly clean. There was rotten good in the cabins and leftovers from other guests
Looove everything! Clean towels everyday, really comfy beds, clean bathrooms, you have a fridge in the room and the breakfast is very nice too, best hostel i’ve ever been (because it’s actually an hotel tbh)
I loved everything
The hostel is located in a very nice neighborhood, with many restaurants nearby. The dorm is so nice and big. The breakfast was so good and really worth it. Giuseppe was so nice with us, sharing about places we could eat and things to do.
Great location walking distance to the main pedestrian street of Sorrento. The closest Beach is 10 mins walk down. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the facilities needed.
Nothing as such.
