Loved everything about the hotel - except our room had a balcony with a view of the mountain 20 feet away .

A Great Location. 2 Min from Central Street with all the shops and restaurants. The Staff is really nice. We also got a lovely welcome gift (reusable water bottle), which I really appreciated, as they care about the environmentIt's really good and comfortable to have parking in the hotel for those who travel by car. Also the Hotel is really well designed with a lots of cozy seating areas

I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. Here are the key issues we faced:•No Change of Sheets or Towels: During our entire stay, the hotel staff did not change the bed sheets or towels even once. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially considering the price we paid.•Lack of Basic Amenities: There were no dental kits provided in the room. We had to go out and buy our own, which is not what we expect from a hotel of this category.•Poorly Managed Boat Trip: The hotel booked us a boat trip, which they described as either fully confirmed or fully canceled. However, halfway through the trip, the second half was suddenly canceled. We received no refund from the tour company.•No Prior Warning: The hotel never informed us that such partial cancellations could happen. Since they booked the trip for us, we expected at least a heads-up or some form of responsibility when things went wrong but they didn’t offer any help or compensation.

Location was perfect and the rooms and amenities excellent

Location in Sorento was excellent . Walking distance to coast, beach. train and town.Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing and tasty food.The pool staff extremely helpful when needing parasols due to the heat . The bar and relaxation area was spacious.Our room over looked the Sea and partial view of the pool. toilets …

The only downfall was nothing was signposted, so had to constantly ask where things were. Ie

Bedroom had the best air conditioning of our whole trip. Breakfast was great unbelievably good with tons of choices. The staff was kind and attentive. They even helped us locate my daughter’s phone left at a beach. There were so many great memories made at this stunning hotel.

The walk to the hotel from the main town did a lot for my legs. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the walk up the hill.

Minor detail but why have a kettle and cups but not provide teabags or coffee? Also wardrobes instead of a rail would be nice but still a great hotel

Beautiful hotel and location. Very large family room for 4 people with two bathrooms. Cleanly hotel. Large bar area, great pool area. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, close to the main street in Sorrento.

These have lost the plot is order to be “green”They do not provide any Tissues, Coffee, Toiletries, Shampoo or Conditioners.By trying to be green they have lost their purpose. The comfort of their guest.

The staff are all so happy and it really shows in how they work. The hotel is very different to anywhere else that i have stayed in the fact that the entrance of the hotel is by the road but the actual hotel is 100m away which is accessed through a tunnel lined with art, it's quite special. If you can't manage the incline, the porters will zip you up in one of their golf buggies. The hotel is also very environmentally friendly.

Nothing, it was all good, but i would definitely book a room with a balcony next time.

Magnificence from the hotel entrance to the reception. It gives the illusion of being in an art gallery. The breakfast place is very clean and the food is delicious. The staff is also very friendly!!

The hotel room was modern but a bit disappointing compared to the hotel reception and entrance.

Great location but room was spartan with no cupboards or draws.

The location is amazing!

First I would like to highlight that this isn’t a 4 star hotel! More likely 3 stars. They advertise that they have air conditioning but don’t have it switched on due to the season and refuse to do so? It was 23 degrees and the rooms are super stuffy! Cleaning wise; the cleaners do not hoover the rooms: only brush, so the room floor are never that clean considering outdoor shoes get wornBreakfast: it’s terrible. It’s like a 2/10. I am vegetarian and barely any items are labelled. The quality is down in the dumps
