Everything was great! Giovanna was very friendly and helpful. She gave us many good and very useful advices. Other personal also was very friendly. Location of the hotel and quality of service was excellent. The breakfast was awesome.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good with croissants, pastry, fresh fruit ( strawberries and oranges) tea, coffee , and fresh squeezed juices. This was included in the total. Also great location as we walked from train station!

Very clean, staff was very willing to help answering all of our questions, calling can for us, directions, great staff!!

I loved everything about the property, arrangements were easy, they were kind, it was easy checking in and out. It was beautiful, comfortable and clean! Breakfast was also very good!

The hotel was off of the main street, so it was easy to rest at night. It was close enough to everything you would want to do in Sorrento. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Minor, but the split mattress did separate a few times.

Hotel was fresh and clean and a little eclectic. Room was very comfortable and had a balcony. Breakfast was good and they made us breakfast to go bags as we were leaving very early morning. Hotel is walking distance to train and bus stations and an easy walk to the Capri ferries. There is a supermarket right next door and the lane way the hotel is on opens to the main street which has many good restaurants. The staff at the hotel took the time to find and book a taxi for us although our dates were out of season.

The lane this hotel is on, is a main thoroughfare all day and night, so can be a little noisy, but people watching from balcony was very entertaining.

Great location right in centre of old sorrento. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly.

Cleanliness could have been better and our room was a bit tired. In particular the bathroom needs some attention. Light in mirror didn't work, a number of tap fixtures have seen better days and there was mould on ceiling that hadn't been cleaned/dealt with.

It was so pretty… lovely tile, super comfortable bedding, beautiful outside patio and a fabulous breakfast. The staff was awesome… everyone we encountered from those in the kitchen to those we met at check in and check out.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with eggs and fruit and delicious pastries baked on site by their own amazing baker. The rooms are clean, bright, and refreshing.I would definitely go back.
