The staff- friendly- helpful. You can tell they really want their guests to have a wonderful stay.

It¿s not that we didn¿t like anything but things that can be improved upon are- shuttle running later, the food was only just okay, pool area needs a little love.

It was far away from crowded area but near a small village which was only 10 min walk, awesome local restaurants!

The warm welcome we received on arrival continued throughout our stay with wonderful staff and amazing facilities. The view from our balcony was breathtaking… we are already dreaming about returning!

Beautiful hotel in the hills of Sorrento with fantastic views of Mount Vesuvius.Personnel extremely helpful and warm. Great food at reasonable prices in hotel restaurant. Day tours booked via hotel, no stress. Great shuttle service provided free of charge from hotel to Sorrento at various times of the day and back. Just had to book via reception. Big thankyou to you all, for looking after us so well.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The highlight was definitely the balcony — the view was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. It overlooked the city/sea/mountains (adjust based on your trip), and it was the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The space is comfortable and well-equipped, making it an ideal choice for a cozy getaway.

Sadly woken up very early by noisy guests (sound travels far and not really soundproofed doors)The room had a mini fridge but sadly no water present… in all the places we have stayed in, there was at least a small bottle of water. This claims to be a 4 Star hotel, this should not be only because of its location. The team welcoming us upon arrival was very professional and couldn’t have been more helpful, unlike the team in the following day - they were quite cold and very defensive when I asked about the water. I was told: ‘I have travelled and it’s not something you find in a room…’ Well, I have also travelled extensively and also ran a luxury development in the Caribbean and would have never dreamed of dealing with a simple request like this. Don’t think we will visit again…

Great location with beautiful view through the window. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but not various. The staff was very friendly.

Rooms were clean, gorgeous pool, regular bus shuttle down to Sorrento, super helpful and friendly staff. The location was great too with a cute village about a 5 minute walk away with restaurants and bars. The hotel breakfast was excellent too.

The only thing I’d comment on is I wish they’d offer a later shuttle bus back from Sorrento up to the hotel, as it’d be great to not have to rely on the public buses or taxis. The food for lunch/dinner was also a little expensive compared to the local places.

The view was great, the staff were great, the food was amazing. The included breakfast was really, really good, and we had dinner in the hotel on a few nights and it was outstanding quality (as was the local wine). The swimming pool was a nice size and depth. The location was very good - we took a risk on staying outside and beyonf Sorento and it was a great deicision, with a free shuttle bus if needed, and numerous excursions available.

The bed's were rock hard and the pillows way too soft. We all had sore backs afterwards. It really was a problem.

The view from the hotel was spectacular! We enjoyed using the pool facilities and relaxing on the sun beds. The staff were excellent - they were very friendly and super flexible with our needs. The room was comfortable and had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and mountains. The driver of the shuttle bus was good as well and it was free!

Breakfast was pretty average but had quite a good range of food.

Nice location up the hill from Sorrento. Free parking. Pool area was nice after a long day. They offer a shuttle down to Sorrento.

The whole hotel is very stuffy and outmoded. The breakfast variety is great, the quality not so much. They also offer juice in plastic cups instead of glasses. The pool bar offers low quality salads for a way too high price. The salad was old and wilted. They even use pre packaged olive oil and vinegar at the pool bar, which produces a lot of plastic waste. The room itself was not very clean (cobwebs, hair on ground). The twin beds were saggy, uncomfortable and very small, less than 90cm wide. The toilet seat was uneven. The hotel is not well soundproofed. We’ve been on the 2nd floor in a corner and still could hear voices from the reception. The view isn’t that great either. Last shuttle up leaves Sorrento at 20:30 which is too early if you want to have dinner in town. All in all not worth the money. The hotel needs some attention and renewals to be pleasant to stay in and worth the money.

Fabulous views and wonderful room with Sorrento "feel", very classic Italian - felt like being in a Villa. Staff was so professional and helpful. Meals were wonderful. Village close by with additional shopping restaurant options. Parking was helpful.

Hotel is up in the mountain on winding roads, keep going, its well worth the drive for a great value!

Beautiful hotel, great facilities extremely comfortable. The local area was lovely some great local restaurants and ATM. The best part was we had a hire car and the parking was free. They did a shuttle into Sorrento so we put our feet up for a couple of days. In all other places we tended to pay for breakfast and parking so this was an amazing deal for a four star hotel.

Really a place I can recommend. In addition to being Pet Friendly, the hotel is beautiful, very clean and organized, the view from the room to the sea and the city is wonderful. The hotel staff are very kind. Thank you very much to Nello at reception and the manager who treated us with great care. I will definitely be back.
