Decor was beautiful, breakfast was excellent with an excellent assortment of delicious options, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bar could have been open more hours.

Clean beautiful hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with wide choice. Location is also convenient, in a safe and clean area, close to the Tasso square, and all the places that you would like to go. Friendly and helpful staff. Really gorgeous.

rooms were small, the balcony over the pool was nice, front desk was not knowlegable

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location was very convenient, the pool area and the garden are relaxing, the breakfast was very good!

The room was nice and clean with a nice balcony view. However it was smaller than anticipated. Choose a larger room.

Better pillows and aircon

Clean, good location, easy walk into Sorrento. Train and bus within 5 mins walk. Close to amenities- shops and supermarkets.

The room was far too hot- temp gauge read 28 degrees every day we were there. I visited in April, so average daily temps of 16-18 sunny. I asked for the aircon to be turned on- the answer was it wasn’t available centrally until the end of April. I find this hard to believe. It was on the main road and our room was second floor looking out into the street so extremely noisy. We got very little sleep as either you put up with the noise or the heat. It actually made our stay very very uncomfortable and I would not stay here again.

Very well decorated hotel and room were nice but quite small. Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was better than average in Italy. Location is great, train station, port and center are within walking distance.

Friendly staff, happy to help us with questions that we had and also gave us recommendations. Very clean rooms too.

Nothing I didn’t like

The hotel lobby was very aesthetic, and the rooms were clean too. When we arrived we asked for some assistance with the positano tours, and they helped us in booking that. The breakfast was the best in comparison to other hotels in Europe. They offered omelettes, fried eggs and fresh pancakes. Even the muffins and yoghurt were Amazing. We booked a standard room with balcony. The washroom needs a bit upgrade but that’s okay I guess we booked the standard room that’s why. Pretty corners in the hotel for pictures. Asked for iron and got it instantly.

The property is in a fantastic location, very clean modern and a beautiful pool area. Treasa the general manager was so lovely very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.

Not easy handling air condition. You had to get cold or stay without A/C. Not so clean for 4 stars and so exoensive room.

A bit expensive, but a decent price considering the price level in Sorrento

The hotel has been modernised and the hotel offers nice updated rooms. We found it a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the staff, particularly the breakfast staff very attentive. Close to the main area of Sorrento. Ideal to walk to alot of the areas within Sorrento.It was our anniversary and the team kindly left us a little treat on the day which was a lovely touch.

The breakfast was very basic. The cooked breakfast area did not have regards to dietary preferences i.e vegetarians. The eggs were in the same lidded warmer as meat and the utensils the same for both items. Need to seperate. Beans were in the same lidded warmer as the bacon and utensils mixed up on same plate.Reception team seem generally very friendly but one particular lady was very abrupt and rude when we asked a very basic question. The gentleman on the night shift really helped us with transport arrangements which we were very grateful for.An iron in the room would be really helpful.

The staff was very kind.The room was very comfortable and clean.Very close to the centte! 5 minutes on foot!
