Not at all welcoming,first approach be prepared to hear no for everything,,worst part if you are vegetarians never think of booking this property..they expect us to ask booking.com for clarification for anything including food before booking property

Attitude of the reception and behaviour

Location was good but a bit noisy in the early evening.

The air conditioning was off and our room was damp and stuffy and the view on our side of the building was disappointing.

Loved our balcony upgrade, we enjoyed the view of the Sea. The breakfast was delicious! The Plaza was an easy walk. I forgot to mention the rooftop bar. I would definetly stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights, the location was perfect, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was small but adequate, very clean, very comfortable bed.I would recommend this place.From Canada.

I like the friendly welcoming staff. I also like the fact that I could leave my luggage in a safe place after I checked out to enjoy the rest of my afternoon. The 6th terrace was also great while I waited for my room.

I wished there was a complimentary water bottle on our arrival.

The location, the breakfast and the ability to store your luggage for free after checkout were awesome!

How small the room and shower is for the price I paid was not worth it.. also my bed did not smell clean

It marked the wrong location via google map, so we arrived at wrong place at first, at late night. It was definitely not good. And two staffs seem not willing to help with it, though some of the staffs are nice. It was clean, the facilities was good, the real location was good. But because of the wrong location mark and the attitude, not recommended.

I chose the hotel based on prior reviews, particularly highlighting the cleanliness and location of the rooms. We were not disappointed, the room was spot clean and spacious, with ample storage and working AC.Amazing view from the 5th floor on the ocean, overlooking the bay, it was amazing to spend time on the balcony for sunsets.Alternatively the 6th floor outdoor was pretty nice with sun lounge and a bar.Location is a short stroll from the Train station and the Piazza Tasso, plenty of restaurants access including one just down the road (La Limonaia).Staff very nice and helpful, prompt check-in/out.Wifi very strong.

The location was great and the front desk staff were attentive and personable. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Also, the view from our room was beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll like to go back there soon ?

The property is VERY close to the train station. No need for a taxi. We did take a taxi from the station to the hotel and it was 30E and then we realized it was just a couple blocks to walk. Walk to the ferry was easily done as well (except for the stairs from the upper street to the ferry level…we are all above 70). The lunch and dinner they offered was reasonable and very good. Talk to the desk staff to reserve.

Quiet hotel with comfortable beds. We had automatic room darkening blinds. Fantastic views from rooftop terrace. Breakfast buffet was convenient with lots of options. Staff was very friendly. We were very pleased during our 5 night stay.

This is minor but we prefer having a wash cloth in addition to hand and bath towels.

Very clean. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Good location.

They have a late check-in and an early check out which makes it hard in between hotels. You couldn’t control the temperature in the room.

Option to leave laggage before check-in (fortunately because the check-in time is 16:00h but check-out time is 10:00am)

1) The difference between check-in time (16:00h) and check-out time (10:00h), because as a customer yo pay for 1 night (day) however you only can stay 18h in the hotel). 2) During the bedtimes, the room was warm. We can not use air condition to refresh and to decrease the temperature in the room. When we ask reception the answer was “you can only open the window, hotel can not provide other solution”. We did that however there was noise from street because of cars and bikes passing. Finally, fortunately room refresh enought, we close the window and start sleeping by 23:30h approximately…3)Another thing hotel should solve is that the address in booking reservation: when you click on the link address, and you open google maps, google maps send to another place located 15min away from the correct address. Hotel should request to fix that tho booking.com or who is the responsible.

Good position and quiet. Nice view of lemon garden and the sea.Nice staff.

The towels are old. The show room is a little bit small.

The location was good and the room comfortable.

No coffee and tea making facilities. The staff including the reception and restaurant not very helpful . The breakfast was not nice at all and the restaurant staff was only interested in talking to each other loudly . The food was absolutely cold and never replenished. Overall not a very inviting venue .
