Location and helpful staff were very good. Decent breakfast.

The facility entrance was up one flight with an elevator but no elevator was available to the rooms so stairs, in some cases back down on the street level had to be used. Room was pretty plain which was a surprise given it was 4 stars.

Location was great! Central to restaurants, cafes, markets, train station, ferries.

Staff friendliness and attentiveness was inconsistent. We requested a spoon for meds- it seemed as if we were quite an inconvenience. Same with an extra towel request. Breakfast; would have been better with at least 1 hot food offering. And again, except for one friendly lady, the rest of the morning breakfast staff didn’t seem happy to see us.

The location in the heart of Sorrento was excellent and convenient for walking the city.

Nothing bad about the property other than no lift to the rooms from lobby. But there is a lift from ground floor to lobby.

In the heart of Sorrento close to everything. 2 min walk to main Plaza! Very clean and the nice thing about this place is they have laundry facility on 1st floor for 10 euro.Breakfast was pretty good too! They provide a beach towel for guest. They are very helpful. The breakfast are balcony looks over the Main Street with a nice feel. Someone at the desk at all times.

The staff was so helpful in communication prior to our arrival and booking drivers and excursions in advance for us to make our experience in Sorrento memorable. The food was delicious. The 24 hour security at the front desk was excellent. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect to go everywhere by foot.

The room decoration is outdated, beds are uncomfortable, no refrigerator or coffee maker.

The location of this hotel is amazing! The have a rooftop patio that is perfect for having a drink in the evening. They also serve breakfast on the patio in the mornings. Also offer self-serve laundry on site for 10 euro which was very convenient.

We booked the economy room and it was very tight. They warned us when we got there. Perfect for one night but would have needed to upgrade to a bigger room if staying for a longer period of time.

Excellent location right in the old town with lots of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. Very convenient for ferries and station. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Very good breakfasts.

The staff ranged from extremely helpful to quite grumpy. The evening receptionist was reluctant to bring us drinks from the bar at 9.30 in the evening. Why have a bar if you don't want to serve from it??The street outside below our room was very lively and therefore could be noisy.- but the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. We'd stay again.

The location was amazing and the terrace was very relaxing after a long day of sight-seeing. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasn’t great…dry croissants, tasteless fruit juice…lovely restaurant to eat in but the food wasn’t good. Plus the bed’s were pretty uncomfortable.

Gear family run small hotel in great position near the square.

My room faced the noisy street, which was busy until late. Make sure you get a room away from the main road. Suggestion: there is a kettle but no cups or coffee/tea facilities.
