Hotel Sorrento City

This hotel had it ALL!! Steps from shopping, a grocery, restaurants. Only a few min walk to the elevator down to the water. Fab breakfast and rooftop bar!! Rooms clean, A/C and elevator. Staff helpful w/tours and transfers!!

Very friendly and professional staff. The staff was beyond courteous. They communicated with us by text and email that one of our travel documents was found and where to pick it up.Rosie on the cleaning staff was outstanding and very cheerful.Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.Location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything.Clean comfortable rooms and beds.

Couldn't have been better.

Everything was great. I want to mention specifically the concierge who were helpful and kind. The parking service was great. The room itself was clean and specious.

We had a hard time finding the hotel- it blends in with all the shops.

Really in the perfect location . Walk out the door , make a left and. 3 minute walk. Staff was amazing! Very clean

Very small room no larger room was available. Can be a bit noisy from the main road at night.

Property is very modern, clean, conveniently located in city center, about 10 min walking to ferry port. Very nice roof top and pleasant staff.

The hotel was centrally located so you could walk everywhere. The room was very clean and nicely designed. My friends and I were truly impressed with how well they took care of the space & made us feel comfortable. The rooftop bar was so cute, and breakfast was also great. The customer service was amazing!

The shower was difficult to use. We couldn’t figure out how to switch from the handheld to overhead, but otherwise no complaints.

The bathroom was a way too tight. I had not room to shave in the shower. There is no counter space in the bathroom. The blankets are too ratty. They should have comforters instead of old blankets

The most amazing location and what breakfast!! we are foodie and the in house chef made the best desserts and pasteries and everything else.

There wasnt anything that we didnt like

Everything, we were 5 adults and had 2 rooms a double and a triple, the rooms were great and clean, A/C cold, bed comfortable, location great, breakfast excellent the chefs were there at night in the kitchen preparing all the Donuts and Danishes to cook in morning. Rosie was great, very friendly she introduced her self to us and spoke English, which is a help if you don't understand or speak Italian. She said if we needed anything to let her know. She also worked the roof top bar. Marica was also great and friendly I had great communications with her before arriving in Sorrento, she booked the car service from Naples airport and back to Naples train station when we left. She kept me informed as to who the driver would be and where. We travel abroad every year and this was one of the best experience we have had. If you have seen my reviews before if the experience is bad I say so and upload photos to prove it.

room was right under the roof bar, so it was a little loud. luckily, i was too tired to care!

Amazing location — just a short walk to the train station, city center, and scooter rentals. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit on the lighter side. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We felt very welcome during our stay!

Convenient location!

The toilet did not flush well and the sink did not drain well. We did not bring this to staff attention because we were always moving but based on other interactions I believe they would have addressed it promptly.
